Well actually if uask me then i'll say that there's no pinpoint method to know whether smone loves u or not it depends on who that person is but i'd juz try to help u out by this juz tell him/her that u fell sick and make no contact for a couple of days and then see the reaction and try meeting him/her out best of luck !!

I believe you can love someone even if you have not met them. I chatted for months with my current fiance online and then we met in real life. (course, then i moved to california to be with him...that was 9 years ago..and we are completely happy) Why haven't you talked on the phone as of yet? Most phone companies have free long distance now, so there shouldnt be any excuses. Have you gotten a picture of this person? You need to prove to yourself that you love her? That does not make sense. Love is unconditional. It happens when you love yourself but you love them more than you love yourself. You respect them enough to wait until you marry them to sleep with them. A little thing like distance should not keep you from going to her and find a job in her town.

Meet her, start dating her. If it is love move to her town. Get a job there (don't live with her). Buy a house, marry her. The rest is history.
