Don't. This is very common in the workplace, and let me tell you it doesn't work for everyone! You may not like your job but it's the one single thing that keeps you eating.

Just think of the consequences. Let's look at option number 1: You flirt with your boss and she goes along and you have sex. Just think about what people in the office will think of you. It's one thing that you flirt with her, but actually having sex with someone in the office is a big no-no.

Let's say you don't care about moral issues. It's still not appropriate! Why? Because men are guided by rules which you should not cross. If you do, just get ready for the consequences, because there will be consequences however short-sighted you are.

Option 2: She doesn't buy it. Can you imagine the embarassment it'll cause you? And besides, 10 years is a big difference. She's probably mature enough to even act out on any of her cohort's advances.

So just take a picture of her on your next work party, go to your room and ****.

She's probably not just going to give it up. Start on the friends level first, talk about something besides work. Maybe that'll lead to hanky panky eventually. Depends on what kind of gal she is.

If she's any kind of professional she will reject your advances and probably fire you in the process. No good can come of this. If you don't like your job, start searching for another one TODAY.
