Forget the physical it's what's inside that counts believe me if a lady is happy and funny & intelligent then that's what I find attractive.

The first thing I notice is their face and their smile. If there is an attraction there, then I pay attention to the personality and how they handle themselves around other people(are they polite, etc).
Naturally, the majority of guys will tell you the first thing they notice is the ladies chest or rear, but if you ask me, those things will be attractive at first but don't play as big of a role in the long run. A good heart and mutual values/beliefs will get you through the long run, not just a cute butt.
