You need to talk to her to let her know that you are interested in her. She will know you exist, then can make a decision whether she likes you or not.

Get in her face and let her know with giving yourself away that you want to date her. As her out as a friend, then turn the charm, but know when to pull back before overkill kicks in. And at all times stay true to the person that you are. Good Luck.
