I have a friend (girl) who is turning 24 soon and I don't know what in the world to give her. I was planning on a $100 gift card to one of her favorite stores but I think dats a little bit shallow. Ladies please help me. What should I get her for her 24th birthday? Keep in mind that this girl once had a crush on me and she trusts me so much but we are not dating. Me and my boyfriend have been going out for a year now. and for some reason i dont think i like my boyfriend very much anymore... at first i was madly in love with him, but after a while he got old. all my friends say he's ugly and i should dump him, but i still have SOME feeling for him or else why would i still be with him? or is it because im afrade of being alone? i dont know what to do? was my first kiss and EVERYTHING else there is a first for. but it's gotten so bad that i dont even want to hold his hand in the car anymore. i keep getting in fights with him so i dont have to see him. i feel so bad. but i really dont wanna hurt him, and at the same time i still want a boyfriend... WHAT DO I DO???

I'm 5'9", weigh 160lb, I actually run, and try to keep a good appearance (if you look good you feel good). I'm involved in intramural sports, I act as liaison to prospective students, etc. But that doesnt change who I am. I'm a dorky guy who hasnt had a girlfriend ever. I try to talk to girls but I get nowhere. This has been going on pretty much all my life. I actually go out with people who are pretty good, something about me puts them off. My friends dont know, but I'm just bummed out and on weekends I usually just play video games.

FYI:
I'm actually finishing up a PHD, I'm 29. Never get past the first date.

Why cant a woman love sex & everything about sex without people looking down on her? Im 35yrs old & I love sex mostly with younger men. Im not ashamed of loving sex & I dont have issues with sex on the first date if its something we both want. I dont have a problem admitting that I masturbate daily & I love watching porn. If I was a man I would be considered a legend but since Im a woman I get nothing but gasps & dirty looks. Why cant society grow the hell up. Why am I judged? Im safe about sex & no one is forced.

corner and that's the first day that I'll get to see him! I want to plan something really special but I'm not good at being creative! We have been dating for about 2 years (plus the one year that he's been overseas) and he means the world to me. So far I've made him a small box with 365 cards full of small memories telling him why he's the love of my life and why he makes life worth living. I need something else that's good though! I think unshaven women are very sexy. I personally want a woman not a girl. Don't be ashamed ladies a little hair in the right spot is extremely HOT! I'm not talking armpits or legs either. Do men get attached to women they have sex with? I've been FWB off and on with this guy for about 6 years... recently we have been getting together again, about once a week on average. Last time I saw him, he was telling me how much he loves me, and how I'm his 'dream girl'. He was talking about how in some ways he wishes we had been together 'exclusively' from 6 years ago, but how we both needed to experience some life before converging paths again... he was also saying he wants to make a point of seeing me a lot more, and how i'm his 'girlfriend'.

I'm not sure if he actually means all of this though, or if he just thinks he is being romantic for the moment. How common is it for a guy to fall for his FWB? I'm not particularly attentive to him, and I don't really go out of my way for him, so i'm not sure why he is feeling so attached to me. The sex is very very good, so maybe he is just attached to the sex?

I hv talked to this guy a few times. He talks 90% of the time. He is interested in a lot of things like photography and music. He goes on and on. And then he asks me that hope he isn't boring me, and I say no, and then he starts again. This guy is interested in me, but he has already turned me off. I hv been the only one, as a good human, asking him q's about his day and giving him feedback and encouraging comments on everything he says. He is so engrossed he has forgotten to ask me q's. Hell, he even forgot to congratulate me on my new job. In my opinion, he is out-the-gate already.

PS: Guys, please dont ever do this to someone u want to date or are dating. Get interested in her life, likes, and dislikes too.

I had a fight with my girlfriend because we were spending to much time togheter telling me that im controling but i didnt want it to seem that way ... i just love spending time with her and we are dating for only 2and half months and im not in that place where i jsut need time apart .... I asked her... Do you still want to make this relationship to work? I generally like this guy. I thought of us as potential friends, but never thought of much more because of the "girlfriend" issue, who he has been known to cheat on. We had hung out before on occasion, and then coincidentally had a class together. We've been sitting together, and within the past month hung out twice. Once we almost slept together, but not quite. Since then I've been searching for the authenticity of his other relationship and there are no answers. Then, he started sitting by some other girl in the row ahead of me. I asked and he said they had the same major so had taken other classes together. I'm offended even if I shouldn't be that he practically ignores me in class, and then is all talkative at work and other places. Player, yes. Should I care about it at all anymore? Also, is it worth sending a message by moving to the back of the classroom so I don't have to feel inferior to their little conversations in the row just ahead of me? PS- I hate being played.

well actually me and her are not going out because the situation she is in with her parents makes it nearly impossible for us to see each other (she does not live in same town as me but only about 15 miles away) so we decided to stop seeing each other until we were able to see each other more. its been a very long time now and nothing has got better and i think me and her are losing hope along with our love. we used to get to talk on the phone all the time but now it can go like 3-6 days till she calls me and its usually not even that long on the phone. this is my first girlfriend so im still trying to get past the awkwardness but im real insecure and shy. how can improve our talks on the phone to avoid the long silences and make it more fun so i dont feel bad all the time thinking that im not good for her and alway nervoud that she could be doing stuff behind my back when she doesnt call me for a lon time.

Im already ticked off by Valentine's Day.
The only guys I am interested in have either gone MIA or have suddenly started ating brand new people.
Im a girl, but Im wondering if guys suddenly want to shack up before Valentine's Day ?
The same cycle happened back around Xmas/NYE. Guys I was kinda interested in suddenly got serious dating new chicks around the Holidays. Im picky so I guess I took too long to show interest.
