Help me girls. How can I make my Friend talk?

My friend doesn't talk that much. She usually lessens and answers questions, but I want to know more about her and her interests. When I ask her for Ex. where do you want to go? or what do you want to do? she says I dont care, where ever you say.

How can I make her talk?
What should we talk about?

just ask her why are you so shy all the time do you ever talk etc or if she still doesnt talk if she ever talks just do the same as her
