Hi..my name is Paul,live in Eire and work as dentist(age almost 35).AM separated 6years from my wife of 3 years,all very friendly and amicable,no hard-feelings,got married impulsively,she now lives in Australia and we dont have any contact really.My son lives with me,his mum was declared unfit and she was disinterested.

Im only gettin back on dating scene now,as I was raising my boy and working by day,college by night to move up to orthodontistry..so what advice from females there?any similar people on here?

(apparently Im still "hot" haha,whatever that should mean,according to female pals,friends wives etc etc,though I dont judge peole by looks)

Ok I know this wasn't wise, but I met a man in a bar and we slept together. This is not the first time I've done this, but now there's a problem of sorts... I found that I genuinely like him and we seemed to hit it off. I think the feeling was at least partly mutual, because in my experience guys in this situation only compliment my appearance, whereas this one kept saying, "You're very original", fascinating. etc. He was so kind the whole time. If I'd known I'd like him so much I'd have taken it much more slowly. Can anything result from this, or should I just assume that guys never call after this sort of thing no matter how good the rapport was?

Well, if you click on my name you can see why I asked this, but the thing is it seems like if I act towards her that I did before, paying her lots of attention, she might act indifferent towards me while if I don't she might be more interested in me. But I thought girls liked a guy that cares about them. I can see some of the boys she likes act as if they have no interest in her. I'm really confused; if we become friends again, will it be better I pay her as much attention as before (one example calling her and asking how her day was) or if I don't (not calling or messaging at all)?

I've been a member of Match.com for about 4 months now, and almost every profile that I choose to click on has something like these statements:

-I'm very open and excited to try new things..
-Extraordinary possibilities await!
-I love to go new places and try new things.
-I'm sassy
-I appreciate flexibility and someone who can be spontaneous.
-I am looking for someone who doesn't take life too seriously, and is willing to let loose.

How would "letting loose," "trying new things," and "being spontaneous" actually manifest themselves? Why brag about being "sassy"?
It sounds like these ladies would tire a lot of guys out. I am not interested in running around looking for excitement all the time. These goals seem a little bombastic, if you ask me. Am I reading too much into these statements? Are these the criteria that more attractive women have?

i went into my husbands email to edit some pics and found this email it said - mark how are you?it was good to see you again even if you did give me the cold shoulder.your sons are so big! mary- it sounds like she ran into my husband and his sons some where. but why the follow up email and whats with the comment about "cold sholder".my husband is the friendlist person i'm sure he was nice to her but what was she expecting? i do have to say they have a huge history together and she has made problems in his last marrage.the last time they saw each other was about 4 yrs ago.

okay so i just got out of this relationship with a guy that i dated for 1 and 1/2 years... it has been about a month and a half since we broke up... he didn't treat me very well and he had to move so i knew that it was for the best. plus we argued all the time so it was not a happy relatinoship anymore. anyways.. i went on my first date since him last night with one of my guy friends that i've liked and i had a fabulous time. we held hands, we kissed at the end of the night, we cuddled, and he was such a gentleman. still, all that i could think about was my ex boyfriend and how much i missed him... the problem here is i REALLLYYY like this new guy...and he has all the values and morals i would want in a guy... i have already told the new guy that i would just want to date and not be in a serious relationship... and he agrees...but still i feel guilty for kissing another guy...its almost like if my ex boyfriend asked me i would get defensive and stuff...what do i do!?

I just broke up with my bf/finace or 2.5 years and I was and possible still am dating a guy for 3 weeks. I dont know if we are still together becuase I have not talked to him at all for the past 2 days and he is not reterning any of my calls. I dont know what to do with him. Okay, so I have been dating this guy and we have been committed to each other for about more than 18 months now… and we really love one another.

We went out yesterday and then we went over to his place. He was cleaning his room while I was watching TV…

I felt high and so I took off everything and left my V shaped neck shirt on.

I sneaked behind him, hugged him, kissed him, and asked him to come over to the bed and lick me…

He did all that, but avoided going a step further for foreplay or intercourse.

How come? Does this mean that he does not find me attractive anymore? Or is it that he was just too busy cleaning his room? But then again, how can a guy resist a girl over cleaning his room?

Please help…

We have hooked up before but nothing really serious (for him anyways), and I know that he has hooked up with other girls besides me. I think he likes me again though because I told him I don't really like him anymore because he's too much drama and he keeps trying to start talking to me again.... Some people are saying I'm playing hard-to-get and that it seems like he really really likes me so I should start talking to him again, but I just don't want to get hurt again. Hi.

I like tall guys of around 6ft4 and yet I am not at all sure why?. I have never really gone out with a very tall man and my boyfriend/s when I was in my twenties were about 5ft7.

I have never been into tall men until recently and yet I must have secretly liked them somewhere along the line?. The tall men I have known haven't been all that nice either and so I have no idea why they appear so attractive?.

Are tall men what women lust after?. I like all men as long as they are nice decent people and fairly good looking but I do not fancy men under 6ft at all and anything above this would be amazing. I can't seem to find an available tall guy though as most are married or gay or out of reach.

I don't know what is going on. I don't know if it's me or if it's him. I've been dating this guy for a year next month. He had a job, but is now unemployed because of winter (outside work) he really isn't looking,he doesn't have a car. When ever i want to see him or do something, I have to go get him or get up there.
