Come on, most of the people on this board are kids and the one thing that is most on a kid's mind is sex. They haven't matured out of that stage. Once you start dealing with true adults, you'll find that the conversations become more towards the intelligence side.

It's more acceptable now more than ever. It's everywhere (to the point of extreme), even on the TV at any time of the day, it's even taught in school .
Men are obsessed with it and can now talk freely about it to anyone and everyone. Women believe in equal rights so they're doing it too.
People in general have nothing real interesting to say so they go for reactions of others and for the most part succeed.
Some people are just curious or are naive and ask questions because they really don't know much.
Take your pick.
