my daughter is 21 yrs old very smart. her boyfriend is a dumbass pretty boy. i really dont like him i knew his dad and grandfather bothof them were involved in mafia things. and this guy is no different. he bulls people to to try to make things right. when he was 14 he beat up a grown man by pulling his hair and bashing his head against the ally walls.
my daughter says hes a really sweet guy and that i should get to know him. but how am i supposed to get to know him if he doesnt talk ?
one time my daughter dragged him over whne she visited and his sister ended up getting dragged by him. and in the kictchin he and his sister got into a fist fight and then just stoped fighting after my wife told them that there were some cookies in the dinning room if they wanted some. and they pushed me out of the way.hes perfectly fine with talking to my wife and every one esle but he just gives me this cold look.
how am i supposed to get to know him if he wont talk to me ?

I went to eHarmony.com and took their personality profile, which, by the way, was very long and took me forever to complete.

But when I finished, they sent me a message basically saying that they can't match me with anyone so I have no need to purchase their service!

WHAT? They refused my money before I even took them up on their offer to buy.

When I started dating my girlfriend I was convinced she was dating me because of my money and I told a friend of mine about it. I dated her anyway and have now found out that this is not the case. Also she has turned out to be such a great person and we love each other so much. However, my friend told her that I used to say she was after my money. She became very upset and hurt and confronted me about it. I told her it was a lie but I feel guilty. I fear telling her will break us, but I also feel guilty lying that I didn't say it. Should I tell her I said it but I've found that I was wrong or should I stick with my story that I never said such a thing

I am 26 and ended a 6 yr relationship for this girl who ive been with in a serious relationship for 1yr now and we have lived together for the last 4 mos. we both have legal matters that need resolution in the same place diff reasons. She thinks now we cant be together because we arent moving forward & because of this we arent positive influences on one another she left on my bday and its been a week now. I trust her tremendusly and never have doubted this trust. I know she isnt committing any indiscretions. She says she is in love with me she just wants me to do the rightthing. In the mean time I hear she is back to her old things that she was doing before we got together. i have sat at home moping for this whole week and calling, sent emails, and text messages, to no avail. Dont know where she is although I havent really checked into it. What do I do?

My girlfriend and I had a huge fight recently in which she said that she did not like me and still loved her ex. We were on the point of breakoff when I convinced her that it was a natural emotional reaction to still have feelings left behind. Should i start taking my two year old to church have him understand who is god and how he made the earth, and slightly read the bible every night b4 putting him down, right now i dont know what to do he isn't a very good boy when we go to weddings and have to sit down, he loves to run and get into trouble, but he does have manners but they come and go, should i wait till he can learn how to be quiet and sit nicely, and juss preach him at home, or take him to church?

the guy i like is super shy... ill spare you the details but we've been out and he thinks we are some exclusive couple now which is fine with me but he never even calls me! i cant stand it. i went out of town for a few weeks and he didnt call me once, and now that im back he will talk to me at school but still hasnt called me in forever. he doesnt even call to go out (hes really anti social so he basically just stays home all the time) let alone talk for a while. i dont want to call him up every time i want to do something. hes 16 and doesnt even know to call up his girlfriend, or else hes just too scared? what should i do/say to him to make him get it?

I have just dated this guy for a week and we saw each other few times. This guy is so caring and nice. I had sex with him at the very first date and we had more after. We are actually dating and he seems interested in me not only for sex. However, I kinda regret it now cause I don't want a guy to misunderstand me or feel I'm his F***body & want to use me only. We are limited income and our lease is not up until June 2007. He says he loves me but he wants to leave me. I don't understand his reasoning. We have been dating 1 year and a half. We have lived together since September 2005. We both have Mental problems (Depression, Scitzophrenia, Bi-Polar). I don't know how to put our past mistakes behind us.....They may shed light onto the matter. They are that I cheated on him and he cheated on me. I thought we had forgiven each other, but every time we argue it seems like the cheating issue comes up and we seem to be not over it. Advice would be great from someone who has been in a similar situation or if you want to comment.

Not to sound egotistical at all, but this seems pretty odd indeed. I was part of the popular group in highschool, played Sr. basketball, volleyball and soccer, partied lots, and come from a good home. I have had little "flings" or shortlived mutal crushes. However, in the end nothing works out and I usually get bored or get extremely turned off by the smallest thing. I know I sound pathetic, but I feel like I could very well be the last girl on the planet to be single. Any comments or suggestions... I don't want to become that "crazy cat lady"!
