I have a friend who I would do anything for. She and I have been through a lot together and I have ALWAYS been there for her when she needed me. I recently got engaged and my parents announced it to a bunch of friends over for dinner one night (herself included). Her entire demeanor changed and she ended up leaving early. She didn't even really congratulate me. And ever since she hasn't called me as much (eventhough I've called her) and has been really distant. The last time we talked she was telling me how people shouldn't even bother getting married because everyone ends up divorcing anyway and how people in general should be "really sure" if they want to get married in a church to someone. This really hurt my feelings as I felt she was totally saying this to me indirectly. Why would you say that to your best friend? I have been with my fiance for 3 years now and she, if anyone, knows how happy we are. Then why is she acting so mean to me? What should I do?

he wants me to lose weight for him (when he first wanted it i weighed about 125, at 5', still wants me to lose more n im 115). we have these awful arguments where he never backs down, no matter how wrong he is, bc he needs to win every argument ever, and somehow he does bc i get sick of crying over it. he calls me stupid a lot... he kinda 'rapes' me- i'll tell him that i really don't want it cuz it hurts sometimes after too much u know, but he still does it. , he's an overly friendly person, meaning he's very touchy feely w/ his female friends. but he's also the sweetest guy i've ever met. he says he cares about me and loves me and he is just the best bf i've ever had, and i love him to death. there's so much good in our relationship, but the bad stuff just makes me cry soo much. oh, and if a gf slaps her bf, should the bf slap back? idk, i guess its ok. just want some opinions. oh and he's like my only friend at my college and if i lose him i will really have no one at all.

after being with my life bf for 3 year, after he has been with his gf for 3 years. We met... being friends, talking about everything but mostly physically attracted ( he got into my mind during the time me and my bf was on a break).

he told me he like me a lot, he found a lot of things different on me, which he wants his gf to have, but she does not have.

But when i asked him about what is the kind of thing between us, like or love? he answered me....there is no room for us right now. you have your own private life ( me and my bf got back with each other after summer), and i have mine... so there is no room for us...even to find out and think it out.. so don't think about it... we take it easy and see how it goes.

Then he just started to kiss me and touching me... and showing he wants me bad.....

What is that????

My boyfriend and I seem to be misunderstanding or misinterperting each other. He called last night at 6:15 to say that he was on his way. He only lives 30 minutes from me. I called him at 7:15 to ask him if he wanted me to cook dinner and he said fine at which point he told me that he would be to me shortly. By 7:50 I started to grow a little impatient and a little worried and I called him and asked him where was he and he snapped at me and asked me why did I need to know, he said he was on his way. He didn't show up until 8:20. He seemed to have an attitude when he got to me but I tried to lighten the mood and ask him about his day and which point he felt I was being insecure and just trying to investigate what he had been doing all day. He was way off, what was I doing wrong? I mean what's insecure about expecting someone not to take two hours for a trip that you know only takes 30 min. & how was it insecure to ask what he did that day? He told me I was getting on his nerves

I was browsing my boyfriends laptop yesterday when I saw his msn history report (a folder that keeps all records of his msn messages)

In it I found that he was still chatting to his ex whom he for me , he was asking her to come over to live him him from france, he still tells her he loves her and that he misses her and cant wait to see her again. AS U CAN IMAGINE IT WAS VERY HARD FOR me having to read all that, I mean I understand that he misses her mayb he wants to be with her afterall, I can only move on after that, But I dont even know how to tell him I know about it, I just find it do hard now to even kiss him or do anything with him cause I know what he has been up to, I asked him last night if he still talks to her he denied all this. what should I do (apart from leaving him of coz cause thats what ill be doing) but how do i let him know.

I recently started askin advice about this guy I was dating..It turns out his ex-gf called me last night from his phone and told me he wants to be with her.. not me and for me to stop calling him and stuff.. but when I asked to hear it from him... he wouldn't say it. He couldn't even talk to me on the phone. I know he likes me, they have 2 kids together and he doesnt want to worry about paying child support, and she uses them against him, saying he can't see them if he doesnt do what she wants...so he's taking the easy way out and just giving in and being with her. She has cheated on him a lot, and she treats him very badly... but he will do anything to be able to be in his kids lives. Because hes a truck driver and on the road all the time, they won't award custody to him... so he doesn't know what else to do. I feel bad that he is so insecure with himself that he doesnt think he deserves better than this. He is a great guy who deserves someone who treats him well. How can I tell him?

I have come to the conclusion that NOT ALL, but A LOT of women have children due to the following :

1. Bored out of their minds with themselves.
2. Feel this is "their duty" as a wife.
3. Were sold a bag of goods by the church to procreate.
4. Think it will always be "rosy" and "fun" to be a mom.
5. Competing with all the other women they see with kids.
6. Pressured by family, friends.

Now, I am not saying these are all true, but don't sit here and tell me you don't know a lot of people who thought like this, or did had children cause of these reasons.
I have the right to my opinion.

What do i do....??Me and my fren (girl) have been very close. I once told her my feelings. And since then, we've really came to a stage where we were more than friends( but not couples). She is 1 year older than me and therefore moving overseas to study. B4 she left, i asked her out just to meet up but she said she will contact me later since she was bz with Xmas. But since Christmas Eve, i have not seen her or even heard a word from her. She has left somewhere else to study..., i sent her a mail and i even called her on new year asking her to come down from her home. But i couldnt get thru to her phone. Unfortunately, i still have not heard a word from her till yesterday when she sent me a mail. It was about her life overseas. She said she may reply me late but somehow she will find time, so she asked me to keep emailing her. I dont know if i shud ask her about the outing we were supposed to go and i dont know if i shud reply her b/c of wat happened( the outing and not talking to me)

Just another psycho characteristic of chick. So this frat boy friend of mine used to be typical frat boy like me, who used to enjoy life and party hard. But he got trapped by this chick, who claimed that she loved him for who he was. This weekend I saw that man and I felt sorry for him. He has turned into sophisticated animal who don't hit on other chicks anymore, who has falled into love with a chick (biggest mistake), who don't party every weekend, who has responsibilites and marriage plans. I feel sorry for him. Chicks bring responsibility into man's life and turn them into wuss.

What would you do if your boyfriend told you money was real tight, that he couldn't propose for another month or two until he gets back on his feet. I've already told him in the past that I don't want him to spend a lot on an engagement ring, that I'd rather have a very romantic proposal. Then 2 days later telling me money is so tight, he buys the Playstation3 which is about $700. I am not sure if he's trying to throw me off with saying money is so tight or if he's really just using money as an excuse to why we are not engaged yet. Please be honest.

my friend, we slept together.We have told each other before, even we have our own personal life, even we are friends, we are phsically attracted to each other. We have told each other we like each other, especially him said to me that he think i am a sweet nice girl, and sexy...etc. Last week, we slept together (finally), then in the bed, i asked him do you like me?? he answered yes, i think you are a nice girl. Not a yes or no answer, then i asked again, he said' i said I think you are a nice girl, so yes I like you... and if i do not like you, i will not be with you and just had sex with you!! 'But something keep bothering me.... even we have been talking about everything... why i keep feeling he is just saying he likes me to get me into bed.... like to have me as a sexual partner plus friend...?? what is all this ... what is this like??

I am a mom of 2 great kids. I've been with this guy on and off for 10 years and he is the father of my kids. He's a truck driver and is home on the weekends and sometimes a day or two during the week. Here recently, he's been very distant towards me and my kids. He acts like he has better things to do and never calls and never helps me out with the kids. He's turned into a mama's boy. He'll go and help his mom, but not me. I've been talking to another guy that I used to date 6 1/2 years ago and he wants to hook back up again. There's a 16 year age difference between me and this guy. Everytime we talk or see each other, my feelings keep coming back. I'm sick of my boyfriend treating me and my kids like crap. The other guy treats me and my kids like a god. I love my boyfriend, but I don't know if I should hook back up with the other guy. Please help me with my problem!! Thanks so much!!
