so i've been talking to this guy for a while now (3 mths) and he constantly tells me that he likes me but he still hasn't asked me out....I always ask him when me and him will be together and he says soon...but its been a lot longer than soon...so what am I supposed to do to help him trust and commit to me?

this is a problem of a frnd of mine he is in the same class with me there is a girl in our class who likes him alot but he did not like her even 1% and the problem is tht he is really anyoed by her activities,we tryed many things tht we can we even try to talk to tht girl but it is of no use,tht girl stares at him continously or all the time whenever she gets a chanse and she even tryed to give him his call no. and my frnd really dont likes her and want to put her away from himself i even tryed to help him but it is of no use.
we even came to know tht she was saying this to a frnd tht "he dont likes me now but i will wait for future"

please suggest some ways
as tht girl is really a lose charactered thts y he is not accepting it

and once she even tryed to blackmail him tht she will commite sucide if she did not accept him

From chicks point of view they wants to get to know a guy. From guys point of view they wants to seal the deal and move on. Chicks knows that to begin with but they still wants to know a guy. If a guy is nice enough to take chick out to date then chicks should beeter keep their mouth shut and let the guy enjoy meal. From all of my previous useless dates, chicks talked my ears off and finally I had to shut them up by putting some liquor in their system. Chicks should only be allowed to talk when guy wants them to.

I recently reunited with an ex. We broke up a year ago for various reasons, however one reason I never told him about was that I am more than a little put-off by his grudge against his ex-wife and his kids are rude. He always made excuses for them and after a while I just gave up talking about it. Now that we are sort of coming back into each others world I realize I need to address this issue but I am not sure yet where this is going. Also as far as his grudge, I just hate the way he badmouths his ex. The way I see it he must not be over her. I kept trying to convince myself that it was just because she controls when he sees his kids and she cheated on him and embarassed him but I kinda think maybe his heart is still broken. I don't know what to do. Should I wait to see if he and I are drifting toward a relationship before I bring it up? Or should I bring it up now and how do I say it? I don't want to waste my time or his if the case is that he needs to go nurse his wounds and I also do not want to hurt his feelings. How do you talk about people's kids?

this guy i see at this place i go to friday is really cute, hes always playing basktetball and i play too sometimes, ive talked to him a few times but hes really shy and when we talk its only for like a minute my friend thinks hes got the hots for me but i think he has them for her because when were playing basketball hes always saying things to her like if she hits someone accidently hell be like ``i should have called a foul on you!...but he smiles at me. He walks by me sometimes looking at me as if he wanted to say something. I really want to get to know him and maybe date him but i cant even talk to him. Any sugjestions?

I am 43 and feel very insecure with my girlfriend we both have children and I met her when she was just coming out of an unhappy marriage of 18 yrs where she was neglected and made to feel like she did not matter . I know he was very distant toward her . During her marriage she told that she had two affairs with other married men because she wanted to feel like someone cared about her and felt trapped and could not leave him. she ended her last affair shortly before they seperated . we have been together for over a year and we both love each other deeply and our kids get along great and we want to possibly move in together but in the back of my mind I am worried that she will cheat on me , she never has but my imagination sometimes gets the best of me when I am at work and she is running errands or at work . She has never led me to believe that she is cheating and our relationship is great and she said she has never felt love like ours and would never cheat why do I worry then

we went and saw a movie and then went out to eat and at the end we made out for a while...after we left i sent her a text tellin her that i thought it was pretty amazing and she replied that it was perfect...sooooo i'm all set and good right? but then when i got home i was talkin to her on aim and now i'm affraid i may have said too much too fast- i said "so i think i kind've like u ;)" and she said the same back, but then later at night i sent her a text tellin her that i was just sick of sluts and that she seemed like the only non slutty person around here and that i'm really attracted to her for it...also i told her that her kiss was probly the best i've ever had. did i push it too far for the first day? do i need to slow it down or am i fine cuz she hasn't responded to the last 3 texts i've sent

We started talking online...I've seen his pictures (him and w/friends) we exchanged phone numbers (he only lives about 15mins from me) and we are planning to meet up this weekend. I havent had any luck meeting anyone so I figured I give it a try. I know all the precautions to take and everything I am just wondering if things go well and maybe we get a little serious, what will others think when I tell them I met him online?

I will take a friend or two with me to meet him, I know better then to go by myself.

When I was younger I went out with somebody for about 6 weeks, we fell out big time but now we are step-brother and sister as our parents got together and we are like best friends and we share a house together we have just started renting.
My friend has started visiting our house, and they have started to be very intimate together and sleeping in the same bed and I'm not comfortable with it at all.
I've always had a rule never to do your friends ex's. Its all too close to home for me, they are both my best friends and when they brake up she wont want to come round.
Am I right to be upset? What can I do?

Ok my ex and i have known each another for a long time since 8th grade. We are now both 20 and 21. I meet him in 8th grade he asked me out to homecoming back in 11th. He wanted to be more then friends back in 11th and i said i wasnt ready for a bf. So he pushed me away. 12th grade graduation nite we said our goodbyes never thinking that i would ever see him again. A year after graduation he came up to me at the mall and asked me to hangout that night and i did. That nite on were togather like everyday as bf and gf. 3 months after dating he decides he doesnt what a gf or a relationship. We broke up. We stopped talking for about 2 wks i see him and again and everything is great. We have hangout twice so far. That last we hangout was last sat. We hangout all day. I asked him if he wanted to do friends with benefits cuz i think it be best for the two of us cuz neither one of cuz wants a relationship and we both arent messing with diff people or looking for anyone new. Good or bad?

I was browsing my boyfriends laptop yesterday when I saw his msn history report (a folder that keeps all records of his msn messages)

In it I found that he was still chatting to his ex whom he for me , he was asking her to come over to live him him from france, he still tells her he loves her and that he misses her and cant wait to see her again. AS U CAN IMAGINE IT WAS VERY HARD FOR me having to read all that, I mean I understand that he misses her mayb he wants to be with her afterall, I can only move on after that, But I dont even know how to tell him I know about it, I just find it do hard now to even kiss him or do anything with him cause I know what he has been up to, I asked him last night if he still talks to her he denied all this. what should I do (apart from leaving him of coz cause thats what ill be doing) but how do i let him know.

My girlfriend this past weekend went up to a mini vacation with her friends. Everytime i call you her to see how is she doing , she gives me one of those sarcastic attitudes or responses back, "i'm on vacation we will talk when i get back".... I called again and she was really out of it and so i told her please dont get too drunk and be careful....She replied back "get over it, i'm on vacation"....
