nothing to do with love or lust. just because someone is in love does not mean that they will do everything you want.
maybe he just wouldnt like it!!!!!!!!!!

i only lick when the lawn is trimed and ready for me to use my putter. but if im stranded in the brush i have a hard time finding my way to the green

If he wants it from you but he wont do it , He is purely selfish and egotistical, Also if I didnt like a girl an awful lot I wouldnt do

Well...not everybody is opened to such things...But it doesn't necessary mean he doesn't love you. The oral sex is still a taboo subject...not everyone finds it normal or healthy...If you love him you will understand him and you'll give him time...maybe he'll change his mind...
