My girlfriend this past weekend went up to a mini vacation with her friends. Everytime i call you her to see how is she doing , she gives me one of those sarcastic attitudes or responses back, "i'm on vacation we will talk when i get back".... I called again and she was really out of it and so i told her please dont get too drunk and be careful....She replied back "get over it, i'm on vacation".... I flipped out on her cause if i ever did that or say that to her, my life will be over from her...She gets back tonight, and i told her i want to talk to her about this and our relationship.... My whole thing is respect...What you think i should do with her?

I think she just wants a little space, to hang with her friends, and to not be receiving calls from you all the time. You seem a bit clingy - just let her have a little fun. Unless she is a raging alcoholic, then getting drunk once and awhile is not terrible (unless she plans on driving afterwards).

It sounds as though your girlfriend felt that you were checking up on her when she wanted to have some fun and time alone with her friends. Sometimes it can be irritating to have your boyfriend phone up and tell you to be careful and not get too drunk- she wants a bboyfriend, not a father! You say it was only for a weekend, but you obviously called her a few times, even though she'd told you she would talk to you when she got back. I wouldn't take it to heart. If she does have double standards, though, and phones you a lot when you are away with your friends, and would fly off the handle if you got annoyed with her about it, then sit her down and explain that you think it's unfair.

dump her you deserve better if she don't want to talk to you when she was on vacation then why would she now? and you should of went on vacation with her and how do u know she didn't cheat on you when she was drunk? PLEASE listen to me i have been through things like this leave her and find someone who would take u with them THERE ARE NO EXCUSES for her behavior! just listen to me

hmm..this is a toughy...maybe you should sit her down tell her you understand she was on vacation...and she was having fun...but you really do care about her and wanted her to be safe...plus im sure you missed her otherwise you probably wouldnt have been callin...just be honest and tell her how you feel
