Should i tell him about it or should i just move different and think different about him?

my boyfriend and i don't live together, we in a long distance relationship. I invited him over for Christmas and he chose to go to Jamacia for two weeks.... ever since he was there he calls me. I ask him when i was coming back and he said Tuesday, i call him Saturday the phone not working so by accident my hand press his cell no. for ny and it rang. Now why i lied about coming later than earlier.
