actually , in my opinion a lady should only be flirting with husband or finace.

I do not believe is is low and cheap if it is done in a proper manner. I believe that when a woman flirts with me it is flattering. I see it as though the woman is confident and comfortable enough with herself to do this. An insecure woman will more than likely hide in the shadows and let a possible good thing pass her by, whereas the woman who is secure enough will take the chance. I feel flirting with some modesty is acceptable so I would have to disagree. I hope that this is what you might be looking for. By the way this is a very good question!

Both. Flirting can be fun but you have to be clear where the line is. Unfortunately, too many people these days watch television and think that being a player is flirting. When flirting is done to intentionally mislead someone, then it's just downright dirty!

No it's not. I totally DISAGREE. Men like it when women flirt with them. There are ways to flirt without acting cheap and sleazy.

polite flirting shows interest in a gentle way, or even in a non-sexual but friendly way. It builds self esteen and confidence, and allows a bit of lightness and humour into a normal day. it helps in the development of people skills and communication skills. it is harmless, sociable, and shouldnt be frowned on solely due to gender.

FLIRTING IS DEFINATLEY NOT LOW AND CHEAP...how would it be cheap ur not doing anything but batting eyelashes and touching their arm ever so lightly to let them kno you kinda like them
