I wish to dominate my boy friend. To enslave him as my personal slave but I am not sure what to do or how to go about it.

Well that will only work if he's the type of man that will give in and be your pet slave. Alot of men out there like to role play it, but if you want it to be real and not role play, then I would think he would have to be the type of man that will submit 100% to you. If he's not, then it won't happen. But then again, if he loves you so much that he will do and be anything for you, then give it a shot.

If he is not submissive by nature, then you need to just back off of the idea. If you think that he might be, then you start by approaching him and discussing what you'd like. If he says no, then respect that, because you're not going to be able to force him. Even though we use the term "slave" in the BDSM community, it doesn't mean that the person has no choices. If it's not his thing, then either accept that, or look elsewhere.
On a side note, look through online resources to teach yourself about real BDSM and Master/slave relationships. You will likely find that it's not quite what you might envision, since you don't seem to be experienced in the lifestyle. Being a "Master" or "Mistress" is a title that you earn with years of experience and respect in the lifestyle, and not by simply claiming it as your own.
