I met this girl on the internet who lives in the same town as i do, and we share the same community friends. She gave me her number, problem is i feel uneasy talking to someone i've never seen although she did ask me to take her out which i will but i've got to call her first. I'm 16 and she's 18 but their isn't any problem in regard to size since im alot taller. I'd like some tips on making a long conversation work and be interesting with a girl on the phone and some conversation starters ?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for over four months and this is our first Christmas together. He says that he has a "rule" of "no jewelry for the first two years". I think it's ridiculous because what else would you give a girlfriend for Christmas? Socks and underwear? I don't think so! What does everyone think about this? Am I asking for too much?

general, like i said when talking about the child support he tells me that i need to supply him with everything and he doesnt have to buy anything cause he pays child support (i have only gotten 58 dollars from him in all) so basically i am still paying for everything myself. ok now i am getting calls from him at all hours of the night demanding that i bring his son to him last night it was 2 am and i know he was drunk. what can i do to get this drama with him to stop i am 11 weeks pregnant now (no its not his) and i cant really handle all this stress. any advice would be appriciated. oh its Thursaday and his day to take him, i already told him on Tuesday that he couldnt take him until he had everything he needed for him at his house, should i stick to that tonight as well or give in and supply him everything?? any advice would be great.

my ex g/f of 4 years broke up with me 5 wks ago i feel like i miss her more than still love her, but really like her as a person and want to stay friends!!!!thing is she wanted to stay friends i have tryed to contact her but got no joy only want to meet for a drink,coffe or just have some fun how long will i have to wait she has not said anythink bad about me and we ended well but it's seams that she want's no contact at all but then does. we did meet after 10 days and had a drink + chat she called me then she called again 1 week after!!!!!!!!what should i do not bother it up to her if we talk,meet etc; she wanted to be friends and i can except that is it to hard yto see me because she has feelings still or what any help would be great!!!!!!!!1
p.s i am moving on happy with my life but don't want to lose a friendship!!!!!!!

I'm crushing bigtime on my neighbor. He knows that, but hasn't made any move so far.

Another neighbor of mine said that my crush confided in him about me. My crush said that the reason he hasn't asked me out yet is because of our age difference.

Thing is, I'm 13 and he's 16. Does it make much difference?
Even if he wants to wait, we'll still be 3 years apart, no matter what. So should I just forget him?Or give him a piece of my mind?Or what??

“When will you get married???”

It was a family gathering, all my families and my parents’ best friends were all there. Well, They asked me for the 100th times the same question “when will you get married? don’t be picky… your mom and dad can’t wait to be grandparents.. you’re the only one they got….. get a man and get married… people gets old.. Carla.. blah blah..”

So, they kept asking…

And nagging…

And asking...

And nagging…

So, I decided to stand up and I said “Stop asking me that question again! I mean, I’m not ready to get married and yet no one wants to marry me either! I’d inform y’all if one day I got married! So, pls stop asking.. I so need a break! Ok? Thanks!”

Then I left.
I looked back, I saw my mom staring at me.. she looked disappointed and was shaking her head. Well, I know I sucked, didn’t I?

He is 46 i am 16 and yes, its legalint his country.
He says he cant stand the secrecy and wishes i was older so we could be togeher properley and I know i sound niave but he really isnt a pervert, i am mch more than just a booty call to him because he has way too much to lose, including children (both older and younger than me)
But I realy love him and cant imagine life without him he is kind, affectionate, generous, genuine and lovely and I want to be with him properley and I can't be and its breakng my heart.

When I was little, I always believed that there was ONE person out there just for me. Now, here I am twenty something years later, - gone through a few 'potientals' but still single.

I just don't know if I believe in there being one person anymore, or if there are alot of people who come along at different times in life when you need them the most and the one you can stand to be around the most is the one who wins your heart.

Maybe I am just bitter.

My bf and I were having a long distance relationship. in the first month he was ok. He emailed me and contacted me. I thopught things were all ok. However a month later, he started having less contact. I was not able to get hold of him at all. He is a grad student and his father is sick so he is extremely busy with his life. Before I left, he promised me everything but things have all changed now. I was hoping that he would call me but he never did. Today he just wrote me an email to tell me that he has been feeling alone since long ago. He feels neglected and he is extremely depressed. He thinks the relationship is like a job that he was not doing thing he was happy with. In the email he decided to be open to me for the first time that he is depressed and he's been feeling alone. He doesn't feel the same way anymore, he thinks we are too different people. He is moving on and I was shocked to get this....I don't know what to do and please help!!

We were dancing together. He asked me to find a light for his cigarette... I turned around to get one and when I turned back he had gone. I saw him dancing with someone else later on, but I left because I didn't know what to do. He says he's not my boyfriend and he can do what he wants.
