No, it isn't normal. In fact, I'm pretty sure it isn't the case. The thing of the matter is, that when you break up with someone, you usually don't want to be around that person since it hurts to do so, or it reminds you of why you broke up and all sorts of things of that nature. What you have to think of at the end of the day is that you have to give yourself some time to get over this person, and then someday, when the feelings have passed, maybe create a friendship. But in the mean time, try to scour all of those feelings and put them aside, and give yourself some time. And stop worrying, you don't hate the person. Good luck with that.

Depends on why you broke up with them. And you probably wouldn't have broke up with them if you didn't like something about him/her. Now if you completely hate the person, why did you go out with them in the first place. Maybe you are just bitter.
