He is 46 i am 16 and yes, its legalint his country.
He says he cant stand the secrecy and wishes i was older so we could be togeher properley and I know i sound niave but he really isnt a pervert, i am mch more than just a booty call to him because he has way too much to lose, including children (both older and younger than me)
But I realy love him and cant imagine life without him he is kind, affectionate, generous, genuine and lovely and I want to be with him properley and I can't be and its breakng my heart.

Stop asking the same CRAZY question. He does not love you. You don't love him. And he never loved your mother or his own kids to do something like this.
Legal and moral are, apparently, two different things. Why else would he say he wished you were "older so we could be togeher properley?" If it were moral, you wouldn't have to go around claiming he's not a pervert. There are many perverts and such who risk important things to them. That in no way indicates you aren't a booty call; it just indicates the depth of his depravity.
Remember that... when YOU'RE 46 and your 16 yr old tart says, "Mummy, I have a 46-yr-old boyfriend and he loves me!"
