they have only then togather for a little over a month and on their frist date he wonted to kiss her and hold her hand but she does not no how to let him no

Just have her tell him that he is going a little too fast for her. If he really loves her then he would understand and slow down. There should be no reason why she can't tell her boyfriend how she feels. She may think it's a bad idea telling him this, but it is theo nly thing to do other than breaking up with him after a month. just tell him how she feels and every thing should be ok.

Its easy just tell him, say sorry, but i don't think i am ready for that yet, he may call you a baby(in the bad way) and stuff, but ignore him, because if he does, you have no future with him.
