so my bf charlie has been ignoring me lately and things just arent how they used to be. he used to send me love letters like almost everyday and write me poetry and romantic stuff. but now he doesnt include me in his life. what should i do?

We often hear that looks may be important, but character is as important if not more so.

However, I've noticed that people assess another person's character based on their looks. If you like a girl, she may be dumb as a rock but whatever she says sounds reasonable and even intelligent to you. If a girl doesn't like you, no matter how gentlemanly, romantic and genteel you are, all your gestures will be wrong.

If she likes you, flowers are a present that expresses caring. If she doesn't like you, she'll say you're corny, old-fashioned, silly and just tasteless. Similarly, if he likes you, any little gesture will be interpreted as well-meaning, refined, pretty or smart. The same gesture, done by a girl he doesn't like, will be (to him) silly, meaningless, contradictory or just plain stupid.

If our own appreciation of character is thus tainted by the basic physical attraction, then could we say that "looks" is in the end the only thing that matters?

We live thousands of miles apart and it seems distance and our circumstances will keep us away from each other's arms. I love him so dearly and I believe he does and he promises to love me forever. We keep in touch everyday, we send each other gifts. I have loved him all my life and I am just so scared that the day will come when this has to end and we have to move on. How can we keep "us" going?

we have been together for like 3 years and we get along great and love each other a lot, but since i started my second job we dont get to talk on the phone much at all....only a text message when we get the chance and we dont really live close enough to see each other everyday, but he works til 2:30 through the week days and them comes home and plays video games for the most part and when i send him a message it takes him forever to answer me and when he does finally answer, it a very short answer like hehe or thats good or that sucks...it seems like he doesnt want to talk to me and he always wants me to open up more, but how can i if i feel like this? Please help me!

I've heard SOME info on Loveline and things since Dr. Drew is a genius but....I've heard if I have feelings for her now...I should tell her now because she may also have feelings. If I wait, she may move on and I will have missed my chance. Is there any advice on whether I should or shouldn't? And how so? Just straight up ask if she feels the same way? So, here is the deal.. i need some answers :)


I have been dating this wonderful guy for the past 6 months. Well, by the 3rd month him and I were having a heart-to-heart and he told me that he was falling in love with me. Well, at that point I was not in love with him, so i declined to say it back; I told him i adored him and saw myself falling for him as well. Well, he has said it maybe 2 or 3 times since then and about 2 weeks ago (a few months after he said LOVE) I told him, I love you! Well, he said I love you too but ever since then he hasn't said it! This is so strange to me.. he was so adament about me not saying it. For instance, he would bring up how I already know how he feels, blah blah. Well, now that it's out in the open I want to say it ALL the time b/c I love this man! HE NEVER SAYS IT! He says "You know I love you, like I know you love me.. we don't have to say it all the time" What the heck? I want to say it at least once a day to the man i love.. anyone been here?

What can i do to spice up my relationship with my boyfriend. I was in this serious relationship for 8 months.i love this guy(Jon)with all my heart.We lived in alabama.my sisters and new neice and mother lived in wyoming.i had been to visit them several times.and i had been thinking about moving to wyoming.but i didnt want to leave jon because i loved him and i knew he wouldnt want to move with me.i needed something new,a change.me and jon had been having problems in the last month we dated.and when he basically told me he didnt care n e more i had had enough.so i called my older sister and told her i wanted to move.i went to jon the next day and told him i was moving to wyoming in a week and i couldnt do it n e more.i was the only one trying and i couldnt do it by myself.i bought the ticket that night.the next weekend i was on a plane.and jon didnt even call me or try to see me before i left.it was the hardest thing i have ever had to do.even though i had be thinking about moving already....was i running from my problem when i moved?

I lke a guy at my work, but I dont know if he likes me...How can I find out?...and Please dont tell me to go ask him, I cant do that...I cant even look at his eyes because I will blush...I always catch him staring at me and he get jealous ( i think) when I am talking to any guy, he is the supervisor so he tells the worker to go and do something. He sometimes ignores me and other times just walks in front of me, for me to see him. I always ignore him...I can't look at him, I has this crush for over a year, and we still cant go out.
