I would like to know,how do I know a man is really intersted in me?
What are some sure signs,that he really does like/love me?

If you know he can't keep himself from looking at you then he's interested.
Also if he's making efforts to get to know you anyway he can. Like grabbing your number or talking to you somehow online.
Also if you work somewhere. If he's visiting your workplace ALOT then you'll know. If you don't get many hours a day. Make sure you get one of your co-workers to check to see if he's dropping by when you're not there.
Mmm... let's see what all I did...
Does he ask you questions about yourself alot? Like how your weekend was. Or like where you may have gone over the summer etc. Things like that...
And most important, does he smile when he talks to you? If he smiles and squints alot you'll know for sure. If he asked you what your name was the first time he ever met you. Trust me. He's interested.

I believe in the old adage "Honesty is the best policy". If he likes/loves you, he will will sometimes start off in mysterious ways such as bringing you gifts that are worth more than any other on your birthday. if he is more open, he will just come out and ask you to go out for dinner or a drink. The most honest approach would probably be what I did to get my girl of 8 years; I told her everything about me before we hooked up (including my cross dressing), and we have been happy all the timesince(in fact she picked me up)!

A sure fired sign is when he says " I'd like to get to know you better." After that, its all down hill. Good luck.

If he constantly flirts with you, that means he's interested in you. Or if he constantly is trying to get your attention, be it good or bad attention.
