Depends. What is clear is that I don't love you means I don't love you. If ya'll have been together for a good while ( about 2 years at min i'd say is a good while, but I was in for the long haul for 5 when it happened to me> I'd say move on as best you can. If she's under considerable stress, it may not mean anything and may be the stress talking. If you haven't been dating her long, she may not feel that way yet and in time she will. But just because she doesn't love you doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy being your friend and that she isn't willing to see if she will love you in time(yeah, that last bit stings but i've seen it be true).

Accept it and move on. The world is a large place full of possibilities and beautiful women. I am sure you will find a another woman to love. Just don't stop until you find a woman who will love you the way you back.
