As an author of a book about sexual statistics I can assure you that taller guys do not have predominantly larger genitalia (I said that just to be nice). Some races might be prone to be a little smaller and some larger that but that would be genetics.
One of my ex-girlfriend's actually dated a guy briefly that was extremely well and down. He was 5 foot tall. He did tell her he actually hated being so large. All through high school any girl that… well got to his pants…. also got scared… he only got hand jobs. No girl felt like taking that on. He actually didn't find a girl that was willing until he was 22. But then again he met my Xgirlfriend and she was very willing
So going with the guy tall or short is like Christmas you never know what the box contains until you open it. But if you like a little dwarf dude you get a lot returns.

No, these are myths. That is to also include the "shoe size" myth. You wil lbe suprised how many men that have asize 5 foot, carry very large items.
Medically speaking, any male subject that has a medical condition, such as down syndrome, mental retardation, are the only ones you can stereotype for the most part in having abnormally oversized genetalia, but often it is not function in the normal sense either. Another little bit of FYI!

Speaking as a woman with (wink) some experience,I know first hand,taller men DO NOT have big boys.
