Singles & Dating - 19 November 2006

I just saw the my 24 year old boyfriend (I am 22, just for reference) left a comment on some girl's Myspace, referring to her as "hot". Now, he BRIEFLY dated this girl, just before he and I began seeing each other.

I know he loves me, and I know he finds me more attractive than her, but I am curious as to why this ridiculousness is even necessary.

We had a long talk about several of our relationship issues Saturday night, and we both felt happy about resolving the majority of them (this did not come up, as I have never felt it is an issue). However, Sunday at noon, he's telling some girl on Myspace she's "hot".

I simply do not find this appropriate- especially since he RARELY will leave comments on mine, and is always telling me he was "too busy at work" to write me back on emails and the like.

What do we think here, everyone?

Hey people, this girl i like all of a sudden has limited contact with me, i think i just got played, and she was on rebound. The girl broke up with ex about 3 weeks now, and we had been really close before, but after the break up we got even closer. Weve been to heaps of lunches together, couple of movies, and dinner coffee after work too.She really likes to touch me, and even hit me recenlty, sit on same seat etc....this was all for like the last 3weeks. Now all of a suddeen, she limits convo with me, and she seems to not wnna talk as much. I have given her space, and limit convo with her, but dont know whats on her mind?maybe shes annoyed i didnt make the move?....what should i do?, have i just been the rebound all this time? if so, why did i use to go lunches and so forth even before they broke up?, i dont understand, but i really like this girl,but too scared to hear she doesnt like me back!.....

As we all know that there are some folks that just hate fat people. But I know that there are people out there that actually would rather be with us then most girls. Are dudes scared that they will get burned by their friends cause he is dating a big gal or he would much rather be with a skinny girl that could treat him wrong. Us big gals have great personalities, great hearts, loves with our whole hearts, and some of us are actually freaky under the sheets. So my question is should a big gal be as happy with someone that loves her or be alone for the rest of her life.

So I'm seeing this girl. We have great converstaions. We have fun together. She even took the time to learn football because I'm such a fan. We have pretty good sex, and quite a bit in common. I'm not intensly attracted to her but she's easy on the eyes. We aren't officaly dating although I know thats what she wants. We hang out almost daily. My work sends me around the country a lot. I open new stores for a growing company. I helped open a store in Boise, and there was a girl there I can't get outta my head. She was sweet and cute as hell. I found out shes joining the new store team as well which means eventually we'll end up working together. I think something might happen. Now, like i said me and this other girl aren't offical, but we have everything but the title it seems. Do I break it off entirly with this girl, do I just say nothing if i hook up with the Bosie girl, or do I wait and see if I hook up at all, or do I make it offcial with this other girl. I don't cheat!

ive been seeing this guy casually. we only meet up if we are out in town on the same nite. we live in different towns. hes texts me when hes out and i do the same. we only meet up by chance which can sometimes be weeks.we are not dating. he used to text me when i was in my previous relationship too.

i have only kissed this guy recently, despite him wanting to take things a little further. he always compliments me, buys me drinks and wants to be around me when we are together.

he asked if i was enjoying the single life and i said yes.

i was in his town this weekend so i text him to see if he was out. he wasnt. we started to flirt with eachother thro our text messages. he told me to let him know in advance when i was coming to his town next time.

i told him that i fancy him and asked him when he was going to ask me out on a date?he said he thinks hes around next saturday.thats how it was left.

does he really like?

he used 2 sleep with and they were friends - she used 2 b a bit on the side and hoped he would leave his main girlfriend for her- but he claims he never wanted her in that way. she used to ring all the time untill he changed his no and he told all the friends not to give it to her. Whenever i go to the pub with thim she goes on extra but trys to draw his attention . on saturday when we went into the pub i was sitting on one side and he was with a few friends playing dominoes .she walks in and sits on his lap -she saw me then jumped up - i was madddddddddd but i controlled it. She then bought him and others a drink. I just asked a guy whom I like to join me for a group outing that I am invited by a good friend. I only know one friend from the group and he knows none. I thought it is a good chance to get to know him more in an unthreatening setting. Most importantly, I want to know whether the feeling is mutual.

He said he will tell me later. And I can't help second guess that perhaps I have all the while misunderstood his friendliness.

( I mean, wouldn't a guy show enthusiasm if the girl he interested in ask him out?)

Is it a subtle way to say he is not interested? (So I should get mentally prepared!) Or he really need to check his calendar?

my dearest friend is having a chat friend (girl) who is an indian keralite who is staying in kuwait .... she is coming to kerala to meet him ... she has told my friend to book a room at any hotel ... she is telling that she needs to meet him alone ... my friend is in a confusion what to do? .. he asked me ... i told my suggestion that it is not fair to take her to a lodge .... particularly in a place like kerala .... it will be good to meet at some park or beach ... but that girl is really forcing my friend to arrange a room ( dont know what she really want ).... so my friend told me to help him to arrange this .... what shall i do ? .. You would have to read my last question (Further advice?),I am a little confused with this one.Confused as I really like this girl but I also know usually when not to flog a dead horse.

Well I texted her yesterday asking if she would like to go for a drink and she ducked the question, she had been out the night before and got really drunk and was suffering. All she said was that she never wanted to touch another drink again, but ducked the question.

But after that she kept texting me with just general stuff like.So I think it’s the brush of, stay friends thing but nothing else.However just to put this into the equation,she has recently broker an engagement up.I’m either thinking she isn’t interested,or she’s still going through the break up process.

Thing what confused me as in the other question I asked was that after I texted her the other week,she told me she was now single, she suggested we meet up,she suggested we go for a meal,and she also said I meant a lot to her?

well if u read my other questions u will know whats goin on.. i have more insite to add on what i said after we went on this break i gave her her birthday gifts.. she would not answer my phone calls on texts so i desided to just leave her gifts on her front porch and text her telling her they where there.. an hour later i went back to her house to see if they where still there. they where gone. i texted her askin her if she got the gifts and if she did if she would please respond to my text and tell me if she got them and i would leave her alone. she never responed. now i want to talk to her and ask her what the problem is and why she wanted to go on a break but im afried if i try to talk to her she may get even more mad at me and not want to get back together. should i respect her space or try to find out whats going on. its really messing me up inside.

this past weekend my friend went over to her sisters for a visit but left her cell phone charger at work on friday. her cell phone battery went flat over the weekend and now her long distance boyfriend is mad at her because he could not get a hold of her at this time. she tried calling him on his cell on sunday morning using her sisters phone but he did not answer. she has explained to the guy what happened but i dont think the guy is buying it.

why is still angry?

I have a long story, i have now two exs, the first one i dated for 5 months, and we talked for 3 months before dating, and i broke up with her and a week later started dating a different girl, for about a month and a half, and i never cheated the first one, the second one i cheated on tonight with the first one and i dumped her. because my best friend tricked me by telling me that him and my first ex were dating and i came out of remission i guess and got jealous and realized the truth i still love the first one, but when i broke up with the second one she got sick and lost it, i broke her heart. I HATE BREAKING HEARTS!!! but i wasn't happy with her anymore. we might have been able to work it out but we broke up three times in one month.
