He basically means he's not interested in YOU.
Trust me, if he was, he would jump at the opportunity and hook up with you before someone else does. But he said it clearly, he's just not into you.

omg girl I'm in the exact situation right now but the most import thing is why he says he doesn't want a relationship. If it's because he just got out of one or his schedule is crazy then look at his personality to find your answer. If he is a sweet honest type guy then if you want befriend him do, but don't sleep with him too soon, chances are he'll work you into his schedule and or end up falling for you over time. If the guy seems shady to begin with then he's just wanting a no strings attached deal. My guy was upfront about not wanting anything because he was going through a divorce & was fine with me because I worked too much. Now I don't work as much and his divorce is final. We spend a good bit of time together and he has recently jumped on the chance to meet my parents (which is big). We go on dates, hang out & he's even introduced me to some of his family. Things are going very well and we are planning on spending the holidays together. (which is a big thing too) So if your situation is similar to mine then have patience and there might be hope for you as well.

It means just what it is. He's not looking for a relationship. Most guys aren't. Do yourself a HUGE favor and move on without this one. Someone better will come along...usually when you least expect it.
Get secure with yourself, your wants, needs and goals and be confident in yourself and never act like you even notice men and that's when they want you. They are always curious about women who appear not to need a man. All men think they are really desireable and that women are all secretly attracted to them... they just don't get it when you live your own life and are happy , they want to get closer to you to find out how and why!

extra telling should be "warm" or "horny" or basically "hmmmm". Or "i love the way you look in that blouse" or "i love the way that blouse looks on YOU". that's tricky to inform without context and without inflection, facial expression, and so on. females are absolutely quite good at reading men (or perhaps that's that men are extra direct). no longer really worry-free any incorrect way round. "marvelous" is sexually impartial. "Your blouse is amazingly quite" is basically too disconnected from you---that's about the blouse. till the blouse is for sure horny---cropped,low reduce, very tight, and so on., and suggested with a mischievous smile. yet i ought to favor to make it extra about you: Throw in a "babe" or a touch something extra, too.bottom line: quite probability free comments. the guy likes you on some element, besides.

It means he just wants to see what is out there and not make any commitments to anyone. Perhaps he is focusing on other things school, work, sports, etc... There are other things on this guys mind or perhaps he isn't into you but doesn't want to hurt your feelings. Either way he's saying I don't want to get involved.

if that is your boyfriend that becouse he wants to leave you.if so im really sorry.(even thought he wants to leave you may be he is still loving you .may be there is some other resons to leave you).
if thats not your boy friend then definitlly now you have ask him that if he able to love you or he has find out that you going to ask him. and he doesnt what that. try to ifnd out more informations.ill help you

There's about a 33% chance he's telling the truth.
Otherwise he's not attracted to you and doesn't want to deal with hurt feelings
Or his feelings are entirely physical and wants the goods without the committment.

Maybe he doesn't have time for anything serious, or maybe he's not ready for a commitment ( a relationship is a commitment ) or maybe he's just looking for a way out ;)
