i love sex but i know that is normal but my problem is how much i love it and how often i need to have sex everyday i cant be without it and i think about it often i text message my boyfriend all day with sexual comments situations or just getting him excited if he doesnt come by after work i masturbate myself or i call him for phonesex i just cant sleep without it or wake up without it i have a problem this is being going for years but i feel like is getting out of hand

My boyfriend and I have lived together for a year, and he has still not changed his address. Everything goes to a PO box. Does this mean he is not fully committed to the relationship? I have told him how I feel (that it makes me feel like he is not committed) and he still has not changed his address, although he promised to "take care of it". Look, I'm feeling like I've lost control and I'm such a sexual human being that if I can get up and "dance" than a realtionship will never work out for me anyway. . .
I need to shape up quick. . .how can I drop 20lbs in a month????
I know it can be done I would just love some suggestions. . .
I've gained 30lbs since July. . . I know what I've done "wrong" and now my goal is to take 45 off and keep it off.
Keeping in mind sex has always been a great work out for me and honestly how I've stayed "active" ontop of my two miles / day run/walking previously. . .But, I'm single now so SEX is not an option. . .
