He works at a factory with me. We both go home at lunch. He hardly talks to me but usually says hi. There's only a 15 minute break. What do I do?

Just ask him out! I know the norm is to have him ask you out but, if you wait you could be old by the time he does! Go for it, you have nothing to loose. That's how I got my man:-)

My friend, a lot can be said during 15 mintues. Start talking to him and after a few days of establishing more interaction, ask him out.

Why wait for him, when YOU could take the initiative and ask him out for lunch.
