why do germans always know better than you. i run an int cafe and they keep telling me i should do this, when they dont know how things work

They don't! There are cultural differences in all parts of the world that acclimate more knowledge in some areas than most. However that does not mean they are omnipotent or all knowing. We all are acclimated in different areas of life. We know because we have lived it. Everyone has knowledge as such. Sharing that knowledge is a great thing. Open your mind to all the possibilities.
