Look, I'm feeling like I've lost control and I'm such a sexual human being that if I can get up and "dance" than a realtionship will never work out for me anyway. . .
I need to shape up quick. . .how can I drop 20lbs in a month????
I know it can be done I would just love some suggestions. . .
I've gained 30lbs since July. . . I know what I've done "wrong" and now my goal is to take 45 off and keep it off.
Keeping in mind sex has always been a great work out for me and honestly how I've stayed "active" ontop of my two miles / day run/walking previously. . .But, I'm single now so SEX is not an option. . .

Well, if you are really serious about losing weight quickly, here are three easy steps you need to follow:

1) Try a good cardio workout for about 30 to 45 minutes twice a day. You can do this by running, biking, StairMaster, whatever you enjoy. Keeping your heart rate up will help you burn calories and lose weight.

2) Strength training would also be a good idea, things like basic sit-ups, jumping jacks, deep knee bends, push-ups, some light weight lifting, etc. These are activities that will help you build muscle, and muscle burns fat. So, just do it!

3) The third eat wisely! Count calories and make sure you are not exceeding your recommended allowance. Cut out all soda and sweets.

4) Drink plenty of fluid! Doctor's recommend eight 8 oz. cups of water a day. This is highly recommended if you are putting in the workouts described above.

If you can do these things religiously for a month, I am confident you will be able to lose 20 lbs or more in a month. But you have to really dedicate yourself to it daily!

Don't sell yourself short. Sex is not necessarily the safest form of exercise. Running and walking are both safe and provide you with very good results. Dropping 20 lbs in a month is an exercise in futility because you will put all that back on the moment you get a little lazy. Losing weight slowly is the best answer because it guarantees that you'll learn to keep it off, too.

well i must say that you look real hot.but be happy life is a roller coaster.one thing u have to remember is that when u are happy every thing will fall in its place.u will lose what u want and u will fine that right person.all i know is when u are up sat u will life is alto harder.so be happy life will get better.sorry if this sounds stupid.i don't write alot.i hope every thing works out.good luck!

Start your two mile run each day again. Do an extra mile to make up for your lack of other activity if you so wish.
