I really like this guy, we're almost always together because we do the same activity and are constantly at practice last night he took me to dinner and paid. he started talking about how he wasnt like most guys that just cause we went to dinner doesnt mean we have to go out so he made it obvious he didnt think it was a date. but while we were there I was uncomfortable because these guys were staring at me the whole time and he almost fought them to make me feel better. He would keep saying things and then said im really not this weird so i asked him why he cares so much about what i think and he said he didnt know cause he normally doesnt care that much and whenever he hangs out with someone who knows me, he makes sure i go. He never drops me of a minute before curfew and he makes sure of it. He told my friend he liked me but ive heard he is trying to use me to make her jealous because he really likes her. does he like me or not? and what can i do to find out w/o ruining our friendship

Okay here's the thing. I'm a decent looking, smart and funny guy. I'd be a great catch for any girl. The only problem is that I lack self confidence and have trouble asking girl out. Does anyone have any suggestions to boost my self confidence?

Btw, please dont say "if your decent looking, smart, and funny then what's the problem?".

She's 21 and is really really shy. She's never had what you would call a boyfriend but she has gone out on dates. She's always asking me for advice and I feel like I can't help her. She says she's really nervous around guys and that she thinks she either ruins the date by not being able to look them in the eye or because she giggles too much and makes the guy uncomfortable. She says she can't help it. I think it's a lack of self esteem, but what I say never seems to help. Can anyone give me advice on how to help her feel more comfortable with guys? Thank you.

Ok here's the problem i like this girl she likes me from what her friends have told me. My question has 2 parts, first part iam thinking of writeing her a note asking to her to talk what should i write in the note? As for the second part if she agrees to meet what should i say what should i talk about. I really have no clue on what to do, i would have talked to her at homecoming over the weekend but choked up when i saw how beautiful she looked, so what should i do i would really apreciate any help. The other week i got my girlfriend some flowers i put them in the boot of my car with a note, then went in to see her. i told id left my wallet in the car and asked if she wouldnt mind getting it for me. she got it found the flowers and the note, she was absoloutly thrilled, then i hid chocolates up for her and gave her a set of questions to find them. Question is does anyone have any other crazily romantic ideas like that. Cause she really loves them and i love setting them up and prepearing them for her.

my ex-girlfiend was forced into breaking up with me due to servere pressure from her parents..i understand why she broke up with me and why she wouldn't want to get back together with me just yet because she doesn't want to hurt her parents feelings any further. i sense that she is still in love with me and she wants a future with me as we still tallk and she sometimes very slightly hints at it..when i asked her if i should wait for her parents 2 ease up she said no because it wouldn't be fair on me..i kept insisting that i would wait for her but she kept telling me not to...deep down she does want me to wait for her but i dont know if i should wait because she might be over me by the time her parents ease up on her...so shall i wait or not????

Ok...I'm a christian and i don't believe in sex before marriage. If the mistake is made well i'll just ask God to forgive me and move on. Here's my dilima. This guy who I really like, who seems to like me as much, told me this: "I really do like you, but you won't have sex before marriage and in a relationship sex is 50% although its the least important, it's still half. I respect your morals so i won't force you, If we do start a relationship and i want sex, i'm gonna take it elsewhere and i'm sure that will hurt you as much as i'll feel guilty."
(It really wouldn't matter much to me as long as its just sex. Cause if he wants it, and i'm not giving, its the only solution)

last friday i went to a bar with a few friends from work, while i was chilling with them and speaking about how much work sucked, there i noticed this cute waitress. now i realize from that moment on, i want to be with her, i can't get her outta my head and the thought of me going over to her and just asking her out incorrectly is driving me insane, i don't want to scare her off, so please can you me help out.

will someone help me. I am looking for a jacket not like a fancy preppy one but a cute one. im a XL and I found some cute ones at pacsun earlier but they dont fit or didnt have an XL. I am a girl im 17 so something u think someone around that age would like. I am 27 and am starting to see more and more, now that I am single, that girls these days are wanting nothing more than a sugar daddy, and/or a bad boy who treats them bad. WHY? I treat my girls like a queen and treat them with respect like I was brought up (I can't help it), but I also am not a push over. I don't want a girl who is just about what is cool on MTV at the time..lol..and NO DRAMA. For some reason that is what all girls these days care about.
How is someone like me, who treats his women very nicely supposed to find someone these days? I am not about to lie and make up stories to get a girl on bed, nor am I going to act like something I am not.
What's a guy to do?

I feel so stupid. I posted like 5 questions about this guy I REALLY like and... He doesn't like me back. I mean, how was I stupid enough to think he could like me? I mean, I almost asked him out. And, I told all my friends about him. I really like him. I'm crying. He was like perfect! I wonder, if I was prettier, or skinnyer, would he like me? I have been in a relationship for two years. He is kind, sweet, funny, and tolerant of my crap. Recently I met a guy that I instantly connected with in a way I have never connected with my boyfriend. I was honest with both boys, and didnt cheat. But I am 21 and i could see me and the boyfriend just never breaking up, and eventually marrying. I don't know if I could find anyone better, but after meeting the new guy, I began to wonder if there might be someone better for ME. My boyfriend moves pics of me around when I'm gone. He keeps his cell phone on him like extra skin. I've gone through my boyfriends phone text messages.I haven't gone through his phone or clothing in months to avoid getting pissed off if something is there. He's had messages to other women asking why don't they want to be with him and another incident was he got home from work then all of a sudden his boy wanted him to ride somewhere. Of course, I didnt feel right, so i circled the block. About 45 mins later i saw him at krispy kreme with another girl. He said he wanted to put a face with a name. Which indicated that he met her on the net or something. We love each other, however, I think we may want different things out of this relationship.

Ok. So all these girls hit on me all the time and some of them are even hot. Honestly, they do. But I just like this one girl who is always yelling at me and telling me im stupid all the time. Why don't I like the girls that are nice to me? My last gf treated me really bad also. But I finally left her. Took me a long time to get over that one. But the question is "Is this normal?" also, i'm not really stupid, she just says that, i have a 4-yr degree. not that that means much anymore.
