If he is calling you everyday, than i would think he is interested in
you. Chatting is a way to get to know someone better. As far as
wanting to get in your pants, that depends on what you two talk
about . I would just come out and tell him how you feel and ask
him how he feels.

That's usually genuine interest and concern. He probably wants to get to know you as a friend and possibly more. The other possiblity is that he is just too damn shy to ask you for a date!
