If you are not comfortable with that, tell him no. If he really loves you he would respect that you are not comfortable with that and not make you feel uncomfortable about not wanting that. If he can't understand or accept how you feel; get another man because he is a selfish pig!!!

I had a friend, her and her husband preferred it that way. I don't like it and refuse to take part in that. I would think it has gay tendencies because they want to enter through the exit door.

No he doesn't have gay tendencies, he is just becoming bored with his usual sex life and wants to spice things up. I guess turning to your bum bum is one fantasy that gets him going. If it is something you are up for, well then be safe, and fun with it, I am sure he will.
Also does he watch porn, because chances are he may have seen it there and said to himself "Hmmm, I wonder what that feels like? Maybe I should try it."
