After only about 3 months of dating my bf broke up with me through an e-mail! He is 23 years old. I am 21. He was far away visiting his dad who lives in another state, so I understand he couldn´t do it face-to-face, but he could have at least had the balls to call me and end it. I could understand if he was like 15 or 16, but 23 years old? I personally think that´s a bit whimpy, but whatever. What´s done is done. In the e-mail he wrote "My feelings for you have not changed but have become more distant" and he also wrote "I think we should put this relationship on hold". What do these phrases mean? I am hurt, obviously, but just for your info I wouldn´t get back with this loser if he was the last guy on earth! I have too much diginity and self-respect for myself to stoop to his level.

I met this guy on a Thursday went to hang out with him and his friends then we went to his house i slept with him ( i know i can slap my self right now) and same thing on Fri, Sat. So now i want to get to know him to see if this can be something else for the near future. Funny thing i really thought i was not going to get a call from him the day after but i did (surprising) So what to expect? I have never done something like this before.

Coming from all the bad, past relationships i've had, I'm scared of opening myself up to men. I've met a guy and really like him, but shy away from telling him everything that's on my mind. I'm fine when chatting with him online, but when it comes to doing it in person i clam up. And he always makes comments about me being quiet and I don't want to ruin anything because of that. I told this girl I’ve been dating for 3 months that I had strong feelings for her and I was falling in love with her. She was very surprised and said at the time it was a good thing and she was happy to hear it. Well a week went by and now she says she is freaked out a little because she’s been thinking about it. I’m not head over heels in love with her but do have strong feelings for her. I told her that I wasn’t like let’s get married in love but I do have strong feelings and wanted to convey them in some way. My choice of words may not have been the best but I’m not really good at this sort of thing. Anyway, we saw each other yesterday and things seemed to go ok. I still felt a sense of awkwardness though. Should I back off and see how it goes some or should I forget this one? She has a hard time conveying any feelings toward me and said that it was just the way she was. Should I continue to show her affection or back off some to see if she starts showing me anything?

Me and my ex decided to give it another shot! I told him that I want us to take things slow. But he is really stating to freek me out and I dont know what to do anymore. He is starting to talk about marrige and wants me to move into a flat with him. And the more I say no I dont wanne. Then he tells me I'm scared and we are ment for each other!!! Ok- I met someone and in the 3 weeks that we have been talking, we have been talking every day. He calls me on my way to work every single morning, and usually on his way home at night. I met this guy last week at a party. We flirted and even kissed. We also exchanged numbers. The next day I sent him quick facebook message saying it was nice meeting him and we should hang out again sometime. He replied by saying he had fun too and if I wanted to get together over the weekend he did too. So, one of my friends invited him to a party I was at this weekend. We talked and flirted again. I ended up goin home with him. We fooled around but no sex. I told him right off the bat tha I wasn't going to have sex and he respected that completely. The next morning we just laid around and talked. He drove me home later. So, now I am wondering whats next. He is really cool and I'd like to hang out with him again but I don't want to get too serious too quickly. I am going to wait a couple days before I contact him. So i love this girl from work, and she said she's loved me even longer, but she just got out of a bad relationship. i have spent hours upon hours talkin to her, and we get really close. One night she fell asleep on me for half an hour. then when she woke up, we just kept talking some more.

So i asked her if she wanted to be more than friends, and she said she just wasnt quite sure yet, cuz its only been 2 weeks since her break-up, but i know she likes me. everytime we hug (which is a lot) her head is just right there on my shoulder, and i REALLY just want to kiss her, even a peck on the cheek, but she said 'just friends' for now.

Just find it's hard to mend a broken heart.Although there are new guys around whom I admire.But,my heart has been broken by someone before,and I find it hard to open up for new opportunities.What sld I do ? Here is the deal. I work as consultant at a University. Im in my late 30's. I have a girlfriend There are about 3 college age girls that individually stop me and talk to me. Each smile all the time , they run up to talk with me. I thought I was seeing things, but it happens several times a week. Last week I found out that the three of them knew each other. They are in the same sorority. They are very friendly and touch little things on me like my ties, tie pin, lapel pins. etc. Two of them smile A LOT all the time at me and whenever they see me they run over and have a conversation. I smile and stuff too, but just to be polite. Are these girls hittin on me? They know I have a girlfriend, but it seems like they are flirting in a way. What can all this mean? I am avoiding them becuase they look more and more aggressive as time goes by. I'm flattered I think, but they are hot. I can resist but why me.

I swear, I was born lazy. I am not overwieght, and I get the things done that I need to have done, and I'm a fairly happy person, but I am not motivated to do things I don't feel like doing.
How is it that some people seem to just go go go, with perfectly clean houses, spotless cars, and everything just so?
Anyone relate to being lazy??
Or have suggestions for how to get motivated??

was in a long distance relationship. girlfriend told me that she had been seeing other men for a long time off and on and she was recently in a relationship in which she broke off, but she's 3-4 months pregnant. she claims that our relationship was over for her a long time ago, but at the same time we constantly,communicated and i always helped her whenever she needed help. she made it sound like, even though our distance was getting alittle fustrating, our relationship was cool and we just had to work together and try to bridge our distance. she pretty much played me. she had been acting funny, more moody, seemed short tempered with me, seemed like a totally different person. whenever i asked her if she was cheated etc...she would blow her top, but in reality, she was cheating. she just stopped trying with us and put the whole thing on me. if i didnt come "get her" then i didnt care for her. she just stopped working at our relationship. money was tight. we both had to work towards it
