Dont waste your time on him hunny! He sounds like a loser! If he stood you up once you shouldn't give him chance to do it again, he'll know right from the start that he can walk all over you! Obviously we can't tell the whole situation from your question but I imagine most your answers will be similar telling you to forget him!
But if for some reason you really think hes worth it, and he might be, don't call him! Wait for him to call you! Let him do the chasing, if he does really like you he'll come running! x

Have you looked for your answer in God's word. Read 1 Corinthians 13. Ask yourself if this man comes close to what God says love is. If not, then don't focus on the relationship anymore. Also, is he a Christian? I noticed that you are. If he is not a Christian, he is not right for you anyways. 2 Corinthians 5: 14 says, "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers." God is giving you advice when it comes to having relationships with unbelievers. Do what God's word says, and everything will be alright

Let him go. If he asks what happened, tell him you just needed to get some things done! After all you have alot to do! You have a house and a job! that takes time! Find someone worthy of your affections! and then give that man plenty of space and let him chase you.

I agree with the first answer, he is married. looking to score at work, but not on the weekends, that's the old ladys quality time.

First thing your doing wrong is you're trying to date someone you work with."never dip your pen in the company ink" Secondly he already sounds like bad news.

Forget about him, he's not a serious guy. He's the one with a problem, not you.
