Singles & Dating - 11 September 2006

I became really close friends with this guy and started to really have strong feelings for him. He was in a relationship but we'd talk every day about everything and even when he left work, we said we'd keep in touch and we did. He made the effort as much as I did, maybe a little more. I always felt there was something between us. I felt he was a very genuine person. Then him and his gf break up, and I was there for him, and one night when we were hanging out, we ended up sleeping together. And I still have never told him how I feel about him. Things didn't get weird or anything, they pretty much stayed the same for awhile. And we only slept together that one time. But now, he moved in with his buddy and he's all about partying and being single. And his personality totally changed. He's cocky, arrogant, and immature. Why is he being like this now? Does he just want to enjoy the single life for a bit or does he not like me like that?He's pushing me away and I dont think he cares.

my ex wants me back, he won't call or visit my house but when he sees me down town he will catch up to me and ask me to come back to him and he has been e-mailing me daily, each e-mail getting more agitated then the last. We have had a lot of breaks and this isn't letting me heal, do you think he will ever realize what he has and be stable or will this cycle continue? Should I respond or just avoid?
Anyone have a situation like this they care to share?

My ex and I have been over for almost a month with NO talking..He hasnt even called me. Occasionally he has sent me a text message on the weekends late at night. This saturday he sent me a message @ 3AM saying "I wanna c u sometime"....ok I know he was probably drunk, and everyone is gonna say he wants a booty call! But if he doesnt ever call me, and ONLY messages me at night what do I do? I havent written him back ever but it just hurts me so bad cuz I feel like if he doesnt want to be with me then he should just never talk to me or text! I dont know what I should do? Hes still dating other people from dating websites, and he hasnt even attempted to call or email me...Is this over forever?? How long do guys usually need before they realize they made a mistake? ugh..help!

The new guy i am seeing, has a picture of him and his ex having s.e.x on his phone. He gave the phone to me because my old one broke, he never erased the pictures out of it and my mate went looking through his phone the other night and found this picture.

I didn't say anything to my new bf, but last night his cousin went through my new guys phone to see what pictures he still had in the phone, he obviously came across this picture and said to my new guy eh, mark come here for a minute will you...

Mark (my new bf) got up looked at this picture and said i knew it was there... his friend said will i erase it and he shouted "no way" sort of laughed and sat down beside me !!!

I asked this a few minutes ago but only got a few dumb answers...

Me and a friend of mine are gonig to be hooking up with some highschoolers just so we can get to go to prom again...we r both almost 20 now...we have done it all...but we have never had as much fun as we did at our Proms...cause no one hosts an after party like we do...stretch hummers....alcohol...naked people doing it on the lawn...prom queen...and homecoming queen...mmmm....those were the times...

oh and no we arent going to be sleeping with these kids...we rarent that low...lol...cause my "friend" is a girl...if ya know what i mean... is this really THAT wrong?

Met a Girl in Early July this year and we started going out, it was great at first we tried to go on proper dates i.e cinema but had to leave these places cuz we cudnt keep our hands off each other, then she said she wanted to see more of me so i started seeing her 3-4 times a week (during her break from college which finished last week) after a few weeks of that, she decided she wanted to see me less often? so im like huh? and wanted MORE from the relationship, i.e. romantic meals and walks in Sutton Park stuff like that, but the day she told me that she was proper distant with me, as if she felt guilty about something. As well as that ive never met her friends (although she tells me they know about me and that im her BF) yet she deosnt want to tell her workmates and is keen to hide it from then, her parents know me now, theyre nice. Shes also got a picture of 'her friend' on her phone who just happens to be male. It seems like she wants as little people as possible to know about me

just hours ago, as i walked towards the barber shop and passed the church, me and my ex (4months now) saw each other... and i really blamed myself why i chose that path.... she quickly about faced and walk back in the church, and i involuntarily covered my eyes with my left hand as i walked faster to take away the pressure that i felt... i caught her in her bedroom with another man (her ex at that time) that caused the break up 4months ago...

i really felt the uneasiness when we both saw each other...

My bf broke up with me with the typical lame reasons of "im not ready, id rather be alone right now" bla bla bla.. I didnt buy it and was sure he was seeing sum1 else. I listened to him carefully, watched him cry (while he was breaking up with me) and just walked away. A week later i did realize that he was indeed seeing sum1 else. The problem is, ever since he broke up with me, he's been calling me all the time claiming he's just saying hi. How does this make sense? Why does he keep calling, and why did he cry in the first place if he was the one who wanted it to end?
