Me and this guy broke up 4 yrs ago,she is the one with his child, she is the one he loves, and she is the one who he wants to marry-so why does she find me as a threat to the relatioship?Okay so I was his first true love,I live in the next road and have built extremely strong relationships with his mother and sister. He is hardly ever there when I do visit andeven if he is there,we dont talk to each other cause I know how insecure she is.I have never given her a reason to think that something is going on.I have tried to befriend her but she is just horrible to me.To add to that Ive recently got a job very far away from where I use to live and yet she still finds me a threat. He now made somebody else pregnant! She should have been worried bout everyone else instead of putting all her energy into me.I find this whole situation so so funny!Do you agree with me or do you feel that I am wrong? And just for the record,I have absolutely no feelings for him!He is the past and should stay there!

I think my crush may have suspected that i had plastic surgery. I had neck lipo/chin implant but only my family knows bout it. How should i approach this situation, I mean i wish she would've at least smiled at me but she didn't, she just stood there looking at me like i was an alien.

i am 23 and currently in a 5 year relationship (hittin' 6 in a couple of months). It is serious as u would expect for a 5 year relationship. We have talked about marriage (but nothing too serious) and we both kinda decide to wait it out til' I at least finish my degree (which is in another 2 years time). But the thing is he is my first boyfriend & i haven't been with anyone besides him. And i often find myself fantasising/desiring someone else. I feel stuck in this relationship. Our parents/family/friends are all expecting us to get married soon-ish. And i cannot imagine telling him this. It would break his heart. I feel like i'm doomed to continue on this relationship. I guess doomed is a rather exxagerated word to use..but i really do feel that way. He treats me good..he even brought me a brand new car recently & I feel obliged to stay in this relationship. i'm scared that if i do break up with him i will never find someone as good as him..or even someone at all.

Allow me to provide some brief history about my mate. She is an only child from a very sheltered upbringing. Her parents lost a one-year old son a year prior to her birth, then were advised to abort her due to complications. She was born absolutely healthy and would be forever showered with profound love and seen as an angel by her immensely protective/smothering parents.

To this day (she's 28) she is 100% dependent upon her parents for financial AND emotional support. Subsequently, I feel that she's not been enabled to fully develop and frequently I see her as a spoiled 10-yr. old brat in a woman's body.

It is apparent that her emotional needs are met via the parents, and so she is incredibly independent in our relationship. I tend to be a romantic sentimentalist and am very expressive of my life (though not clingy or co-dependent). I frequently profess my love for her, send cards, etc. While she has professed hers for me, the expression is not fully reciprocal.

What if you have a long term partner,of seven years but no other commitments such as family, financial ties so on... What if this love is all consuming?? go for it or stay and make other relationship work.

When i guy says hes not ready for a relationship, despite him saying that hes likes you and finds you attractive, does it mean thats hes not interested really or that hes genuinely not ready to settle down?

Tried traditional dating sites but they really are not time efficient because good looking women are swarmed by men and you are just one in the queue.

Public Transport is a possibility but the majority of the time I drive accross town and deadlines.

The workplace. My workplace most people are married or under 30. Caught between a rock and a hard place.

Bars - got to find the right age group say 30 - 45 years for starters and hope people are genuine.

Over 28's disco - Found one good place in Chadstone Tom Thumbs British Bar with live music. Most over 28's disco don't get quality women attending because of the sleeze element. Plus they do not want to be seen there.

It would be a dream if my opportunties just increased all of a sudden and hence a role reversal. The good looking woman whereever she goes out gets attention. I wish I had the same luck and a good through put in the general course of my day. Then hopefully the right person might cross my path. Looking for an easier way.

Hi
I am new to dating being a year out of a 10 year marriage. There is a girl that I like who I have chatted amicably with for some years. She works where I buy my lunch.
Today she asked me what my name was and I asked what hers was in return. I would like to ask her out but I don't know how. Where she works is quite busy and she works with her family. Also I am not sure of her age. I am past 40 but well preserved (if i say so myself). She is younger but I am not sure of her age. There seems to be some connection we do gaze at each other. Help!!!!!!!!

Further to my last post "cheating men" the guy in question said that we will only ever be friends. So basically hes saying he will never finish with his girlfriend but if he did he wouldnt start a relationship with me? He says im hard work but that cant be the only reason, im good enough for a shag!
