Wrong. Unlike mastrubation which is done by yourself phone and cyber sex are cheating when done with someone other than your partner. This is because both phone and cyber sex involve someone else, in some form, and any sexual activity done with someone other than your partner and without their (your partners') consent is considered cheating.
Some people consider cheating to consitute emotional infidelity as well as sexual infidelity.

That's something that has to be decided by you and the person you are in a relationship with. Each couple has to set the boundaries or monogamy...for some, spouse swapping is perfectly acceptable, while others believe that sort of activity is morally wrong. Tlk to your partner, find out their feeling about this, agree to some sort of compromise.

It is. Masterbating by yourself isn't cheating, however doing it with someone is cheating. Any form of climax with anyone other than your boyfriend IS cheating. More than one involved=cheating
