I think my crush may have suspected that i had plastic surgery. I had neck lipo/chin implant but only my family knows bout it. How should i approach this situation, I mean i wish she would've at least smiled at me but she didn't, she just stood there looking at me like i was an alien.

Awww.........I wouldn't worry to much about it! I'm sure you look great and it can be a surprise to someone at first but she'll get used to it! If not, that is no reason to treat someone different.

look, just tell her straight forward that "YES! I HAD LIPO IN THE NECK AND A CHIN IMPLANT!" Just ask in a very confident manner, "don't I look sexier?" Then ask her if she has a problem with the fact that you had surgery. If she has, then she's not worth it.

well she obviously noticed that you had gotten plastic surgery done, but its not like she was going to tell that instant, 'oh you got face done?', so she just stood there surprised kinda wondering and assuring herself whether its a fake or a real chin.
next time you see her, tell her, 'yeah i know you noticed? i got it done blabla time ago. its better when you admit it than play fake.
its not very hard to see when someone got a plastic surgery, the only one that is hard to determine is the nose job, the rest its pretty easy to tell when something's been changed.
