Hi, Ive been with my boyfriend coming up to 2 years but the thing is ive no confidence at all. He tells me how much he loves me all the time but im just afraid when he's out he will cheat on me. I really want to trust him cause I love him so much & I dont wanna lose him but all I can think about is him with another girl when he's at house partys. His friends have told me he would never do that but I find it hard to believe them. Ive been cheated on in the past & I dont want it to happen again. My boyfriend knows how I feel and he says im being silly for thinking like this but theres just that wee voice in my head all the time.

Can anyone suggest what help I can get because im only 19 & dont want to live my life thinking like this all the time. Please dont get cheeky answers. :)

I mean,is it possible that you can love on person so much and so deeply that all other emotion is blurred out? That everyone else fades into insignificance?

my boyfriend and i have been together for 2 and a half years and love each other a lot. we plan to get married, although not engaged yet.

we live 2 hours away from eachother. its been long distance the last 8 months and will be for another two years. sucks, but no choice. we are both very busy but still do the best we can to make time for each other.

one thing: i have a trust issue with him (from a past situation)

i don't want to give up on our relationship.

i think it is a good thing that my boyfriend is very close to his family. however, they do not like me at all no matter how hard i try. he always sides with his family members whether they are right or wrong. it happens all of the time, even when i need his support at the time. how can i make him see that he cant keep siding with them unless he feels the same way? or what would you do if you were in this situation? it is getting to the point where i want to break up with him because of his family!!
help please!

Lately, my girlfriend is getting really frustrated, because she doesn't like the fact that I answer most of her life questions with mainly facts, as opposed to emotion response. I will admit...I used to be fantastic at debate in high school and college, but is it bad to use "just the facts" in life situations? It seems as if I answer her questions with a "1, 2, 3" response, which makes perfect sense to me, but she hates it. What should I do? How can I go about fixing this?

this is our childs 1st yr (he 7 yrs) in little league and he really likes it and wants us to sign him up again in fall. There is a spring practice and fall practice. My question since he wants to do this again should we be bringing him to the batting cages or throwing the ball with him to keep him up on what he learned? We would but he never askes should we just bring it up and take him once a week?Or should we just give him a brake between seasons and only take him if he asks?We don't want to "push" him but we don't want him to fall behind the other kids ether.I would like to hear from other parents on what they do between seasons.

ok say the parents got divorced when the kids were babies and the kids don't know any better. And say both parents love them and work together to raise them just not in the same home.Do they(kids) still feel like they are "missing" something from not having their parents together?

In a relationship or marriage with children and step children who does the discipline? Is it both of the adults or each parent takes care of their own child.

do notice. I know from a previous question that most of you won't understand what I am saying. Let me try to clarify it by the story of a mother who had to answer a question from her white son about what a black person was. She answered, "Well, your friend Johnny is black". "He is not", her son replied.
You see, little children are usually color-blind until someone teaches them otherwise. And perhaps 0.1% of adults are color-blind, while the rest of us are racists, even though some of us won't admit it, and some of us try to redefine what a racist is.

So me and my friend made this bet.. he got a job recently at Mcdonalds and i bet him 10 dollars that he was going to get fired...(he got fired from his last job as well) so anyways Mcdonalds does this thing where they put you on what they like to call "probation" where u work for like a couple months and get paid the minimum and after that timespan they get to chose whether they want to keep you and if they dont want to keep you they "release you".. so anyways my friend did that and in the end they decided not to keep him... so then he comes uup to me and says "Hey i won the bet becuase technically i didnt get fired.. they released me which is way different" that is his logic... so now i need ure help.. Who wins the bet, me or him,... and why plz?? thnx alot

I'm moving eight hours away to go to college in a few days, and I am already very homesick. I know I am probably too old to be homesick, and that it is silly since I will be able to call/e-mail/IM everyone.

It's not even that I'm going to miss people so much as it is that I already miss my house and city. I've lived here all my life, I know what everything looks like and what to do. My new town will be tons of fun, but it just is not the same... it doesn't smell like home, it won't have the same characteristics... it's just not home.

My family will be coming up to visit about a month after they drop me off, and I will be coming home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. But I am uncharacteristically worked up about this... I have cried three times in as many years and the last two have been this week, about leaving home.

How can I stop from being so homesick? I don't want to show my homesickness to my family or to anyone in my new town.

Please help me.

I used to be a push over when I was young. So for the past few years, i've been so paranoid in doing favors for people because I am afraid they are pushing me over. So my question is, what is crossing the line between being a push over or just being a friend? And how can I stop being so paranoid about doing favors for other people but at the same time how can I also avoid being a push over. I'm so confused about this issue and i'm afraid that I will lose all my friends and more if I continue being so paranoid and avoid doing favors for others. Please help. =(

My friend just recently told me she had been raped by a guy. she is 13 almost 14. I'm the only person she told. I told her that she needs to tell someone, someone older who would know what to do... and maybe tell the police to get this jackass behind bars.
She just keeps telling me to stay out of it, that she can take care of it. But i really think she wont. Either she doesnt care, or shes lying.

I really dont know what to do... help would be nice

We currently live in CO, but want to move to MN to raise our adorable little baby. I'm from CO and hubby is from MN and something about those midwestern roots really appeals to me. I'd love to live somewhere other than CO and see another way of life - anyone out there who made the move to the midwest or to MN in particular to raise a family? Any feedback on your decision? Thanks!
