I have NEVER cheated on someone with whom I have made a commitment to. Cheating is a sure sign of a lack of an ability to be faithful. Once a cheater ALWAYS a cheater and NOTHING is more of a deal breaker than having a cheating partner in a relationship. It all boils down to Trustworthiness. A cheater has PROVEN that he/she is not WORTHY of being trusted and if he/she can't be trusted then, any relationship would be very shaky at best.

ya i did and yes I was given a second chance (and third, and fourth) but it doesn't work.. it's like a dark skeleton that won't go away no matter what you do and the partner is going to use it everytime any kind of discussion is boiling things up.

If you are on the "cheater-side" just don't do it, and if you really have to do it, don't get caught.

If you are on the receiving side, I can't tell you what to do, but what I would do is to let it go. I have really NO IDEA how you could ever get over something like your partner cheating on you. Be strong, cut the story, it will save pain to you and ur partner in the long term.

No and why would you if you if you are happy with your partner.
If you are happy in your relationship, then why the need to cheat?
however,if you cheat and are found out, should you be forgiven or given a second chance, depends on the circumstances but I would find it difficult to forgive my partner if she cheated on me.
Hey,thats just me and the way i was brought up and I believe relationships to be honest.

Yes and Yes.
My cheating was done as I was extremely unhappy in a relationship that was going nowhere, there was no communication and I was miserable, my partner wouldn't listen to me. I went out and obviously cheated on him. I moved out and during that period we reconciled and moved back in together.
It was the biggest mistake of my life and it took me another 2 years to get the courage to make the break permanently (without cheating).
I would NEVER cheat on a partner again, because I would never torture myself with a terrible relationship again.
