[history]i recently found out my girlfriend of 6 months was 2 months pregnant. I really dont see a future with her at all. When it comes down to it we just dont click. Now she is pregnant and i dont know if i should stay with her for the sake of my child, or go and do my own thing, and be the best father i can be to my child? but i worry about her using the baby against me(keeping me from being with it). all i want to do is be super cool with her for our child, but i dont think she wants that,I think she wants me. [present time]]We got into an argument the night before, about using protection in the future, she says she doesnt enjoy them,i told her i wasnt going to touch her again without one. This morning she told me to leave her alone, she wasnt having my child and she was moving out of state.not less then 2 hours later she tells me shes sorry and she doesnt want to lose me or the baby. Im confused.. should i start looking to establish custody? stay for my child? im lost!!!!

My friend is friends with this guy she met at a long week university function she went to, and I know they are friends (she has a bf-so they are just friends) and I really wanna get to know him-I have only seen pics. of him-that she sent me, of when she was there-at the university, but I am very curious about him, should I tell her to help me out?..I only know his name, they both plan on attending the same university, so I might bump into him, when I go visit her in the near future, as they are friends. What do you think? * the event was for future students of the university-so it's not like they have started attending yet.

My mom has said to have seen a couple of guys (probably ages around 20-30) . She says it all started out as her seeing them just standong up in corners on her way to work. Then she started seeing them following her TO work by taking the same trains as her. She told me this and I got scared for her. But then it cooled down a little bit. But NOW, she said she saw the SAME boys infront of her work building just leaning against the metal grill. She said they looked suspicious. Luckily, a guy she knew was also outside and that probably saved her. But now I"m scared for her life. I really don't want her going to work tomorrow. Its making me so scared and I'm like crying. Why are these guys following her? will the police be able to help out? What should she do? She wont listen to me in staying home tomorrow! ='[

What do you do if you are in a loveless marriage. You and your spouse can never get along. You dont have a life together, you just live in the same house. He never pays you any attention and you are constantly struggling to keep the house clean but he just lay around and mess up all day.

I Have a guy friend who has a girlfriend and they are having problems. He says their on bad terms but are trying to work things out, but in the mean time he has been seeing someone else for a over a year. He can't answer the question why is he seeing this other person if he knows he has no intentions on leaving his girlfriend.

I have recently been told I'm in an emotionally/verbally abusive relationship. I knew the relationship was not healthy before that, but I'm having a real hard time thinking of it as "abuse" even though I realize thats what it is. Has anyone else had a similar experience or felt this way about the terminology, and would you be willing to talk a little about it, either here, or through messaging?

My ex walked out on me and our son for the 2nd time just after new year,we had been together for 6 years,anyway we`re now on speaking terms for the sake of our son although he was cheating on me.

I emailed his mum and told her i`d never stop her being a part of my son`s life(he`s her 1st grandchild)no matter what happens between her son and i.I happened to mention to my ex on friday about his mum coming to visit as he couldn`t go through to hers as he wouldn`t settle,she has transport,i don`t.
He replied that his mum isn`t exactly going to come over to my house and make small talk with me,i have never done anything wrong to her or her family and was really hurt by this,i always got on ok with his family,i feel as though i`ve offered her a place in my sons life and she`s threw it back in my face.He didn`t even get a little easter card from her.Do you think she`s being childish?Ok i understand she`s going to stand by her son even though he`s walked out on us twice,am i overeacting?

i am a stay at home dad of 3 boys since they were born,my wife just left with her friends to go to a party and when i looked in her car there were 4 bottles of unopened vodka, i guess i will be coloring easter eggs with the kids by myself, she didnt show up for our 4 year old kindergarten sign up orientation because she was partying and for christmas while we were making ginger bread houses she was in las vegas partying, what would you do if your spouse acted this way

I have a 4 year old son and a 5 year old daughter. There father was around for the first 2 years of there life and he was abusive. He left state for 2 years and told me he had changed. I told him that he had alot to do before he earned my trust back. It's been a year since he's been back and seems to be doing well with his anger. But I feel that he is messing with my kids heads because he only sees them 1 time a week. My daughter asks about him all the time but my son doesn't want anything to do with him. He now wants to leave state again and have the kids go with him. I said no way are my kids leaving state with you. Should I let him see the kids even though I think he is going to screw them up in the long run...or am I just being stubborn?

ok, i have been with this guy for 4 years.
Recently, we have been having problems for the past month and it's gotten so bad that we broke up cuz of some hurtful things that have been said.
He's said that right now, with everything in his life, he just can't deal with having problems with me.
He's scared to get back w/ me b/c he doesn't want to get hurt anymore and his "what if it happen's again in the future?"
Now he just wants to be friends. Half of him wants to stay, the other half wants to leave.
We are friends with feelings, he still loves me, and says that as friends, maybe in the future, maybe we can work it out.
I dont know how to deal with this, a part of me is holding onto him. I dont know how to be friends w/ someone that i have feelings for. But he made it clear that just b/c he chose to walk away, it doesn't mean that it's forever. He still wants to hang out, be there for each other like before minus g/f b/f status.
I'm having so much trouble dealing. pls help.

here is the situation, I have a bad head cold and don't feel that great, my mom is expecting me to come to her house tommorow for easter dinner, I don't really want to go but I know if I don't my mom will never let me forget it and I don't want her mad at me, if you were in this situation what would you do, stay home where you feel better being and have your mom mad at you or go and feel miserable but make your mom happy?

My mom is going to be 76 next month and has a way of making you feel like every visit could be the last.

My brother is a very successful businessman. The problem is his wife. She's become horridly overweight and looks terrible. It's not big bones or hormones or anything, she's just weak willed and lazy. It looks bad for the whole family because at the golf club for instance they all laugh at my brother behind his back for the shape of his wife. I'm almost to the point where I'd like to tell him to leave her, or at least have him give her an ultimatum. Loose weight or your GONE! Does anyone else have this problem? What do you think?

And whenever I tell him I am tired of entertaining kids I don't know, he tells me this is being a bad host and I should not complain. It is very akward having kids over I don't know or don't get along with. Am I right to be uncomfortable is is my dad right; I am a bad host? And what are some ideas of things to do when the kids come over, like for tonight example???

I am 26 years old I have a daughter who is 4 we have been living alone for the past 3 years.. I have had 4 really great boyfriends since that time others here and there but anyways I always get so excited in the beginning of my relationships that feeling that he may be the one then as a few months go by I don't even want to be around them and hardly talk to them like I push them away. my friends all say just settle because I do want to get married and have more kids and I'm getting to that age where it needs to happen. I don't know what I'm looking for or if what I am looking for will ever be found. currently I have a boyfriend been together 4 months maybe 5 and I'm getting the feeling again that I don't like him he's great to me and my daughter and hasn't done anything wrong.. I don't want to hurt him like I have all the others but I just don't want to be around anymore.. whats wrong with me why can't I just find a guy that I can spend my life with all the others were wonderful too.

I have 2 married daughters....one in another state and one only an hour and 15 minute drive from me (the youngest). She won't visit me but on Christmas as she blames me for not being a good mother. I think I did the best I could under the circumstances.....I got a card recently saying she forgives me but I dont' think anything will change....what can I do as I won't live forever.
