I can see and feel his sincerity with his feelings towards me but to give you an idea i don't look like 37 i asked my friends they said that our appearance look the same. This is my insecurity my age number.Please give me some motivation to uplift myself, thank you very much!!!

My parent is pretty strict, and usually says 'no' when I ask to hang out somewhere on the weekend. There's a particular spot (the bowling alley) that I want to go to. They have music and dancing and it's 16 and under. My papi keeps telling me no, and I wanted to know if anybody had any advice to help him see my point of view and let me go.

Then complain that they aren't good fathers to the children that they have together (especially after he leaves them like he did the previous baby mama's)?

Why don't women, instead, let men know that they won't have a man who is a bad father?

Why not make 'good dad' something to be proud of and to strive for, the way some women have men convinced that 'nice car' or 'good job' is attractive and desirable to women?

I ahve been in an emotionally, physically, & sometimes even sexually abusive relationship for the past 18 month. I have stayed because unlike him, I can see past his behavior & know that his flawed actions are a result of the life he has lived. No I am not making excuses, I made an honest effort to uinderstand that what has happened to me was not my fault & that I am not responsible. I made an honest attempt to Understand everybody & this relationship & have come to the conclusion that it is best for me to leave. My decision is firm but I am full of doubt about it because I am not for certain that he will be like this forever...I love him, I care about him (yes I do) but I want him to become a better person in rder for me to be with him. So my question is can a man that seems to lack emotion, compassion, considerance, a man that is abusive, can they change? & never Ever do it again? Or are they who they are now at 22 for the rest of their lives?

The verbal abuse is only when we are arguing, We can't have a agruement without I being called all kinds of dirty names. I am a very conservative and faithful young woman and never have been called names like this before in a relationship, I know he is angry at the time and other than these times he is a good guy. I try talking, he apologizes and does it again. He says he's trying.

Well, he is moving away in 2 months and we are going to stay together and enjoy our time together until then for sure. But, there is a possibility that he will be able to move back in 1 year by becoming emancipated... should we stay together until we both find out for sure if he is going to become emancipated and then break up if it turns out he is going to stay there? i readlly dont know what to do about this plkease help me!!

My ex girlfriend and I split up around 2 months ago,and she finished with me due to stress at the time from other things. We still remained friends,but I always wanted more,and tried so hard to get over her. Yesterday, she invited me around her place to watch a dvd and have lunch. We watch the DVD and midway through I find myself holding her hand, and her not pushing me off. Then we play around for a bit, and I end up kissing her, she doesn't pull me away, and we carry on. This goes on for the next hour or so, she says she isn't over me, and misses me and really likes me, i say i miss her and like her too, and that maybe we shud get back together,but a slower relationship this time.she agrees,and i leave later. then i get a message saying that she hates me, that i realised she had feelings for me, and i shud have left it,& not come on to her! / Now i feel stupid,& she says she wants to go cold, as best for all, as her emotions are shattered!

Well, right off the bat, me and my SIL did not get along. She is always trying to compete with me for my husband's attention (weird!). She gets in between our marriage and stirs up problems. Me and husband recently estimated that in the past year, 85% of our fights can be traced back to something she did or said to cause drama. We had a falling out about a year ago (me and SIL), but since then have made up and tried to be friends.
But recently, she has started making rude and cutting remarks to me when her brother (my husband) isn't around. I have tried to ignore it, and deal with it, but it's driving me crazy! I have never understood why she HATES me so much. (she has assaulted me in the past, but I declined to press charges)
I really want to tell her off, and let her know that she MUST show me respect... but I don't want to cause a rift in the family again. My husband is on my side, and has suggested cutting evil SIL out of our lives, but I feel GUILTY.
What should I do?
