ok so they have a kid they did not split up not to long ago
but he asks her to phone every night he asks her about the kid but he drops extra things in 2 about her work and at the weekends he always says something like u of out tonight then they talk about that for a few mins also they phone each other when he is at work would you b worries

well you made the choice to be his GF and he to be your BF so really you made that choice and knowing waht gonna be happen .. that how it happen righ tnow.. and you can't not stop to it or anything.. If you smart than that you wouldn't be in that right now... so Think about it.. there nothing to be worried abou tif you are then end it... but you know his ex will alwasy be around..
Tha why I don't date person who are still contact with ex and too much for me.. rather find girl who never have any of this then it worth my time to be iwth and that is my wife 10 years and 3 kids.. smiling.

no I wouldn't be. I have been in that situation before but it was me with the child. usually it is that the b/f is trying to stay on good terms so that way they can see their child. I know how it sounds but some women will hold a child against their fathers just to be an a**. I wouldn't worry too much.

It sounds like they are still friends. Friends ask personal questions about one another, not just conduct business re: their shared child.
What you described, on its own, wouldn't bother me. I would respect a guy who cared about his kid and the kid's mother. However, if there were anything inappropriate going on or he tried to hide contact or was seeing her on the side...THAT would be an issue.

Sounds like he still wants to be with his ex, not a good sign for you. You should dump him and find someone new as all you are to him is transitional girl. It's only a matter of time until he dumps you.

Yes I would be worried it would be one thing if they only talked about there child but it sounds like they still have feelings for one another. You need to let him know that this bothers you and see what he has to say about it

i think that this guy asks this stuff for the needs of the kid. if work is going good for ths woman, then that is good for the kid. that is just my opinion
