This is obviously a very big issue in your life- do you really want to ask complete strangers how to take the next step that could be life altering???
You need to take some time to seriously consider your options. You have received some good replies on your various posts, but I recommend considering ALL your options, not just the ones you see here. Only you know this woman and what you (and she) are willing to do to make your relationship work.
Find your strength, and make a change! And Good Luck!

You dont have a marriage or any kind of relationship for that matter but she does have a glorified live in babysitter here. You guys dont need her and her drinking problem so tell her unless she gets professional help and kicks the habit, that you and the kids are leaving for a better world. Called tough love but you cant keep going on like this with a part time wife/mother. Time to decide if youre better off with or without her and then move on. Good luck
