Our daughter will celebrate her birthday (last teenage one) next week away from her without her family there for the first time ever.

In this year she has,

lost her childhood pet
seen her childhood home be sold
had her family move to a totally new state
been diagnosed with a life long incurable, but hopefully manageble, disease, yet still
goes out of her way daily to try and make others lives (total strangers) a little bit cherrier and happier.

Would you, a total stranger, send her a Happy Birthday wish or greeting?

my ex boyfriend new he broke my heart i cryed loads when he broke it off and he still wonted to c me as mates he has not ask 4 me back as he say he fill dif this time and wonts to go out more with mates but im afriad he mite , he wil get lonley and always wonts me bk, but all he has said to me is hope im ok and stay in conatct i have ignored him as this not wot i wont i did wont more but relaise he wont change.

ok i need to start again.so i have been seeing this guy for a year and a half.im a single mom and he has always tried to hang out with the kids as well.he cuddles with me, holds my hand on occasions, kisses are great.sex of course is good too.calls me all the time, asks about how work was, wants to know how my family is doing.just recently got custody of his son, and brings him with us.he would do anything i ask him, and whenever i say lets get together he seems really excited and happy.he has never broken a date, and i feel he really loves me.the problem is, we worked together a few years ago and became really good best friends first.we havent had the realtionship talk.i tried to bring it up the other night and he acted like he didnt know what i was trying to say.does he love me?or am i just being stupid and we are just friends with a little extra?please help, and how do we get passed that

It is for my son, who will soon be 21. He is not a drinker and really doesn't play much video games. His main passion is music. He writes music and lyrics, plays guitar, and attends a recording school, where he is learning to mix music. I'd buy him something for his music, but I really don't know what he needs. I don't want to do something lame like a gift certificate. This is a monumental Birthday and I want to do something special for him.

This is complicated.

I live in a shared house and over the two years and four months I have known my landlord, I know him quite well. I have been through some horiffic times of having no electricity for six weeks and seven weeks of building and drilling work on the house that he has done much renovation.

There are currently nine people living in the house and one of them I have known for a year. He is 32, a year younger than me and very nice most of the time, but he is judgemental and takes over the conversation a lot and is pretty self-possessed. I mostly try and ignore or agree with him on many things but have recently kept my distance when he seems to be gossiping about me and giving me the impression that he is against me for some unknown reason and possibly because I also have an opinion too.

A recent situation has erupted and a girl had locked herself out of her room and she came to me in tears. It was late and the landlord refused to come out at 6pm as he was in the pub.

3-things dont seem right between you and her
4-her phone bill is always high
NOTE: check phone records if you suspect anything funny
Whatever you do dont let her now what your doing
5-works late but her paycheck the same
6- goes out on "girls night out " watch this one might be guys night out

Is there a pill out there that can help you pass the lie detector test?
My boyfriend is taking the test to prove he is not cheating. The other day I found a pill that did not look like the ones I have seen him take before and when I ask what it was, he did not answer right away and yesturday he told me about going to take the test this Sunday. I was wondering if they had anything to do with the other.

Alright, so I'm a freshman in college and so is the guy I'm crushing on...we met during our first semester b/c we had class together and became close friends now this semester we don't get to see each other as often, but we still run into each other. Anyways, I told this guy that I like him (during our first semester @ school)...and well he told me he wasnt looking for a gf @ that time...but now it seems like he's going out of his way to hang out with me and my friends during out lunch time. He's a really sweet guy and I hope he does like me back, but I don't know how to read the signs he's giving me...my friends say they know he likes me just by the way he acts...but I guess I'm just blind or something b/c I can't tell...so basically my question is how do I flirt without coming off too strongly and also how do I know if he likes me as much as I like him? if someone can please tell me this i would deeply appreciate it...thanks for reading and any advice you give : )

Well I am complete looser with girls...I am 21 and at the moment i have been only with one hooker.
Needless to say, never in relationship.
And I think its not fair...since a lot of girls keep telling me that I am very good looking(probably they are joking). I also have free time and money. And I think am intelligent.
Well...yeah I am neither a millionaire or eisntein or brad pitt...but anyway.
I think the real problem is that I dont study or work and have almost no contacts with girls, but even in the dating sites the result is 0.

So...help me, what is the best way to find some nice girl?

I am 23 & moved in with my grandma 10 years ago after my grandpa died. Every time I go out with my friends or my boyfriend, she lays on the guilt trip. She is elderly and has a hard time getting around. My parents stay with her while I go out, but I feel like it's my responsibility to take care of her. She thinks I can't afford to live on my own but I can. If something were to happen to her, I'd feel like it was my fault. She becomes angry when I do things that don't involve her. She has done alot for me when I was growing up & she thinks I should repay her now. I love her and want to take care of her, but I want to live my own life, too. I don't think I'm being selfish. This is affecting my relationship with my boyfriend and I don't want to lose him. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have been dating him for two years and I got dumped out of the blue! He still writes me emails everyday telling me that he loves me, he is convinced that I am truly an angel, I am the most amazing person that he has ever met in his life and probably ever will meet, I am beautiful, he will never fall in love with another woman again in his life, etc... nothing but good things and everyday for the past week. He says that he can not be with me because he never wants to hurt me or be the reason for a single tear I cry. He says that he looks back at all the times he has messed up in the past and realizes that he is not good enough for me. I have a great career, bought a house, etc. and he is just finishing up his university, but I know he'll catch up soon enough. I was very good in studies then I messed up tring to concentrate in my scoical life but now both of them are like really bad and I need help! I said some mean thing to people I didnt want to that has ruined my social life and I have been not concentrating in studies which has ruined my grades (next year is my GCSE) I have also managed to some how ruin my long EMO hair by getting it stuck in my bike and then chopping it off to get it right! Relationships can be both good and bad, and as many of you may agree, the bad often involves infidelity. For those of you who have been the victim of such undesirable behavior (cheating), if you chose to stay in the relationship what were your reasons? Now, I know that the most popular response will be "because I loved him/her," but do you think that there was more to that? Could it have been due to the false hope that you internailzed in your mind, hoping that your mate would change in an instant? Perhaps you easily dismissed the offense because of some things that you had done in the past (while in a relationship with this person or some one else)? Why did you stay?

the thing is, she is 17 years old and i know she met a older man on the net i think he was 40, at first she told me it was only chatting for fun, i said to be careful, but then i found out that she gave him her mobile number and i seen sum of the sexual nature text message's, i was surprised, i confronted my daughter about this, and now she is also worried, this man keeps sending her emails and text message's, she also admitted to me that this man know's where she stays because she told him, this man gained her trust by getting in her head and now it has back fired on her, this man has turned for the worse, i dont know what to do i'm very worried about this, is there anything i can do, can i call the police or anything, how can i stop the emails

Don't even know why I am asking around, other than I REALLY need to find some closure on this. Was talking with her roomate for mutual support until Haloween last year but haven't heard from her since.
