We are a very small staff team working in care. One of our colllegues continuously takes sick leave and then returns when her wages are stopped after 16 weeks (company policy). She constantly moans about our manager, the company and anybody else she can think of. Everybody is wrong, she takes all direction as a personal insult and is dragging everybody down. She refuses to help staff when needed at other homes as she does not want to travel which means other staff are stretched to their limits and yet we have all done it for her. Staff are becoming demoralised and even our manager who is very laid back usually is getting stressed because our colleague cries when asked to do something she does not want to do and then accuses the manager or us of putting pressure on her! She gets paid £9 an hour for doing virtually nothing. We have tried sympathising, befriending and encouraging her but if our tone of voice belies our exacperation she tells others that she is going to complain.

Been going out with her for 1 1/2 yrs. This has been bothering me for so long and sometimes I even got into argumetns becuase I think she doesnt care about me...and now im very curious. My Gf never complains, never/rarely gets mad, never/rarely asks where I go, who Im with, if I cant be with her its ok doesnt bother her. I know things do bother her she holds back and doesnt show it. She had a bad past. (afraid to do to much for her bf incase of gettin hurt i think) she does says im perfect nothing about me that she can complain about but i can even think of a few. Ithink she doesnt care bout me but she says she loves me. I duno what to think soemtimes. she lieks her space. We broke up b4 and she did cry and apologized and I have to admit she listens and trys to change lil things I dont like.

like i've been pushed away. Our sex life has deteriated from a busy to a almost non-existant one, she is snappy with me pretty much all of the time and the lingerie i bought her for xmas is still sat in the gift wrapping.......everytime i try to talk to her about anything she says im moaning or having a go at her...which im not i genuinly love the girl to bits and she means the absolute world to me so do her kids.............advice please!!

Over the last few years I have grown close to my ex fiance's family. Recently we broke up due to his enabling of his ex-wife. I am having a very hard time dealing with this, even though I am the one who left. There is no use trying to patch things up, I have already given him three chances, it is bound to happen again. So do I talk to his family members about it, or let them come to conclusions on our break-up on their own. He won't tell them the real truth, the last thing he will ever admit to is enabling the same person he has been enabling for years. Any advise or suggestions will help.

Its like this....I have a lifelong friend who has loved me forever and would marry me in the morning. However, although he's everything I could ever want in a future husband, I don't fancy him at all, although I love him to bits in a brotherly way. He's always been in the background whenever I've dated other guys, but he's never had a serious relationship cos he's always said he'll wait for me no matter how long it takes. I would love to get married and settle down, but I have dated lots of guys and have never found a guy that comes close to being "the one". I know my "friend" would treat me like a princess forever, and have often been tempted to settle for him, but I'm so scared I might let "Mr. Right" get away if I did that. Could it ever work out? Would it be fair on him if I didn't feel the same, even though I love him so much in every other way?I know that I would treat him with love and respect always, but when it would come to sex, I'm not sure if I could go through with it.

I feel so silly asking this question but anyway here it goes.

I just curious about this guy that I work with, I never really paid him any attention. He's a loan officer handling one of my clients. I saw him in the break room this morning and I spoke to him but he didn’t say nothing. So I was oh well. Anyway, I was preparing my coffee and out of nowhere he started talking told me that he got a comitment from my customer to work with us. So he told me that he worked til 11pm last night. I was shocked and he said well his single so he can work hours like that. That took me off guard so I laughed. Anyway, we talked so more about my customer and I went back to my desk.

That was innocent right - reading too much in to that?

I would like to be more of a gentlemen to my girlfriend, what do i do to accomplish this? I was with this guy for three years and was absolutely in love with him, but in his second year at college he met new people and did a complete 180 on me. He never called and always hung out with this girl and said nothing was going on between them. Well, I ended up not being able to take anymore and broke up with him. A couple of weeks later I met the sweetest guy and he took me out and we started dating. We had our bad times in the beginning about little things, but he would send me the sweetest text messages telling me how much he adores me and how happy he is with me. Took me out all the time unlike my ex who had taken me out every once in awhile because he never had the money. I had the keys to his apartment, always told me where he was without asking, and never had a girl in his apartment. Now my ex is calling me crying all the time, telling me how much he misses me, he was changed and respeced me more than ever. I dont know whether to give him another chance help me please!!

Need some opinions. My ex hubby has a girlfriend, and doesn't hide it. No problem there, she is nicce to my kids, and they seem happy, so its great for them. I have for the first time, brought a man around one of my kids, (introduced as a friend)...well, after the kids were at their father's for visitation, my ex made a comment about the guy, making a point to say his name. It wasn't a rude comment, but caught me off guard. Do you think he is just showing me that he knows what I am doing, or could he be a little jealous?

I have been dating this guy for about 5 months and the first 4 months were OUT OF THIS WORLD......Honestly, I have never been as happy...and healthy happy. All my past relationships have been dramatic and abusive and finally I am out of that scene. Anyways, to get to the point last month some time about a month ago I woke up and felt that I had fallen out of love with my beau. There is no reason why this could have happened. I am still attracted to him, trust him, like spending time with him, doing nice things for him and am not jealous of him which is VERY SURPRISING for me. But lately, I have been dreaming about my loser ex ALL THE TIME. And I hate it. I hate him but i loved him. We ended on very bad terms and never had closure and I find he pops into my head all the time lately. For the first 5 months I didnt think about him at all. Honestly, if he were to ask me back I would say no cause i know i want to be with my new guy but I am so scared im falling out of love...Please help!

My cousin borrowed a set of hand trucks 4 months ago from us and hasn't drove the 3 miles to our house to return them. Here is the copy of the email I sent Monday to him.

Dear Cousin,
We really need the hand trucks back. I don't have time this week to get over there and get them during the day. Is there anyway you can leave them outside for my husband to grab on his way home around 7 PM. Just let me know what day you will leave them out. Thanks.

Ok, I'm Mexican but living in California you can't help but notice the huge amounts of white men and Asian women. Is it me or has white men/Asian women couples become so common that it has become the norm? I mean when two people of different cultures get together it usually tends to be a little shocking and turn some heads except for White male/Asian female, its like they are naturally meant to be together and people expect them to be together. Its gotten to the point where seeing Asian women with Asian Males, and White Males with With white women is weird to me. When I see a Asian woman with an Asian guy I usually think "oh shes out with her brother", when if I hear they are dating I get a litle shocked. And when White guys are out with White women I usually think "Oh hes out with his mother"(no offense but white women usually look way older then their real age), again when I hear they are together I'm shcked. But when I see White guy with and Asian women I immediatly assume they're together, I'm like "okay we're back to normal" LOL. It's just when when I see white male/Asian female they always seem like a young, happy couple, in puppy love. They're usually very effectionit with each other, very innocent looking, have similar personalities, and I guess thats why their relationships tend to last longer then most other couples.

Do you think its possible that White men and Asian women fit better together then any other couple? Its like god designed them specifically for each other.
