People are individuals. You do not have the power or ability to make, force, contrive, demand etc... anyone to do anything FOR you. If you want someone to listen, you can request or even plead and beg, but it is their life not yours. So what do you want them to do for you? I would suggest whatever it is, you do it yourself.
People do things for people when have respect and love or concern for another. These are not qualities or feelings you can demand. You must earn them by living an exemplary life.

Have u ever heard the expression, u can take a horse to the water but u can't make him drink! Well you can't make someone listen and u definitely can't make them do what u want them to, this is like wanting mind control over someone, would u want someone to try to do that to you?

Dale Carnegie's book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" has good advice.
I had a psychology teacher who said you begin by making the other person feel important. Then they are more willing to listen to you and help you with whatever you need.

Speak in a soft voice, look in there eyes, hold there hand, then they will listen. Not when you shout, demand, or curse what they will do is simply learn to turn you off.
