They live in different cities and he makes the rules in the relationship. He wants to have more kids and he wants her to be the mother. Can they have anything in common except the obvious? She is a baby now and does everything he wants her to do but by the time she is twenty five she will want more demand more. He is not capable of more. I care for them both. So help.

I was set up by family members for a crime that never happened, spent 7 years in prison. I was later found exonerated (innocent) and released. While in prison my entire family refused to communicate with me via mail or even visit me. My wife divorced me and took every thing. I've since sued and received a 18.8 million dollar settlement from the state, county and city for wrongful imprisonment.
I had to live on the streets for a couple months until i had found a job and saved enough for an apartment. Now that i have this settlement, the entire family wants me back in the family. My ex wants to divorce her current husband and remarry me.

I don't feel like they are sincere, i believe they just want to do their best to get some cash out of me. I don't want to forgive them for their attitudes. I basically hate them all. Am i wrong to feel this way and should i forgive them? opinions please.

Everyone have a mouth opened when i tell them i am 23 years old and my fiance is 32. I see it only as 9 year difference, plus why should there be a problem is he look very young.
My boss who I talk to a lot and been married have a funny opinion on this. I always listen to him because he did have more experience in this stuff considering the fact that he is divorced now and dating again. He says if I was 33 and he was 42 the gap would of been really small, even if its 9 year difference, but since i am in my early 20ties i still have to be out there and see more before i engage in something so serious.
Now mind you I grew up early, I partied my *** off when I lived in Germany since i was 16 and now i am ready to settle down. Why it is so hard to beleive that at 23 i can be mature and ready for an older man that loves me as much as i love him and just are so compatible? He is not pushing me into having kids and giving up on school and other personal career plans, why would i worry then?

I am sixteen years old, and I have never had a very good relationship with my parents. My parents always fight, and the only reason they don't get a divorce is because they don't want my sisters and me to go through that situation. Because of the constant fighting we had overheard from our parents, we have grown up yelling as well. My sisters have both moved out, and I'm alone with my parents. I get into daily fights with my mom especially. We have at least one major one once a week. She tells me that I'm not responsible, I'm a slacker, etc. If I defend myself at all, she threatens to sell, or kill my pets. This has become a major problem lately. Most of the harm she causes me is emotional, but she has also thrown ceramic pots at me, left me on busy streets and in theme parks, and a few other things. I am scared of her, and I find myself in the closet crying more than usual in the past. Is this child abuse? If so, what should I do about it?
