I'm more concerned with the fact that they can't spell in the first place. And the grammar issue is just as bad. Young people especially should be able to use almost perfect grammar since they are in school at the moment so it makes me wonder why they are/were being passed on from grade to grade. I've seen entire paragraphs without a single period!

Because they become just too desperate to post it on the net and they cannot notice the 'Check Spelling' feature on the top RHS .....

Laziness. Also, probably because they are so use to sending stupid text messages on their cell phones it's a habit that would take some effort on thier part to break.

Have you SEEN some of the misspellings that go on here? Spellcheck would just turn them into completely different words!
